Lovely place to enjoy a perfect knafeh! I’ve tried knafeh in a few places in Sydney and Afandi has the best one! The knafeh is not done before hand so it’s always fresh and you can add how much syrup you want, so it doesn’t get overly sweet! Just perfect!

Amazing and traditional nabulsi kunafa / kunafe. This is one of the hidden gems in Sydney or even all of nsw. They have traditional coffee and kunafe made to order. This isn't your usual cream Kunafe. This kunafe is made with a bed of cheese under a sweet spun, noodle like, pastry, and topped with pistachio. This is one of the must go places in sydney and everyone should try this unique experience atleast once if they have the chance to visit.

I hope this restaurant receives all the success they can, as I look forward to them having a larger seating area and a bigger location in the future

Beautiful knafeh. It's my favourite place in Sydney to get it, and I prefer it over any from the Lakemba Night Markets. Only $12 for a single serving. That was enough to feed three of us girls.

Afandi Restocafe in Punchbowl offers a delightful taste of Palestine at friendly prices. The falafel is crispy perfection, the food authentic and flavorful, and the knafeh a must-try. Warm service, charming decor, and comfy seating add to the experience. Definitely worth a visit!

One of the most delicious places in Sydney. Real authentic Arabic desserts with very fine Arabic coffee cooked on hot sand in similar way to the original way. If you want to go there, I highly recommend you to order Kenafah. Go for as big as you would like. Take the leftover home and heat it in the microwave the next day. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

Friendly staff. The place is not big, so can't accommodate large numbers.

I'm a huge knafeh fan and have tried knafeh at various places in Sydney & Melbourne. Afandi's is one of top 2, for sure! Just delicious

Amazing and bless you for the effort for making the most beautiful konafa in Australia. Guys you’re hardworking people whom deserve to be recognised nationally!! Seriously great deserts, international standards.
One advise please add more konafa pastry to match the generous amount of cheese. We don’t want the Knafeh bearded guys to win :) But hats down!
