I participated in the women's group on Sunday for four hours. It was divine. Charmaine has exactly the right personality and passion to facilitate these groups. The location was peaceful yet professional, even with warm showers. I enjoyed everything that was covered during the day. I cannot say which was my favourite. The rest of the group too, was helpful and calming, it was like we were old friends. I will definitely go again, and look forward to a weekend stay. OK, my favourite was the sound healing experience, that was decadent, it felt like my body just melted away into the earth, such a beautiful, spiritual, and vivid practice. Thankyou Charmaine, you are a wonderful guide.
