This place is like a little slice out of Italy right in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs. Let me tell you, this place is well worth a visit.

The staff and owners have done an amazing job creating a space that's warm, cozy and just feels like your local.

Oh, and let's talk about the fresh chocolate croissants for a second - they are seriously next-level. I mean, not to sound dramatic or anything, but they're basically life-changing.

Overall, I would 100% recommend - you will not regret it!

I adore this cafe, and am so glad it's become a central meeting point in my community. The staff are so wonderful and caring, and create beautiful coffee and treats to enjoy. Whether it's for takeaway or time with a loved one or completing some work, it's always a wonderful place to be.

Very, very good coffee - definitely the best in the area by a miles length. Beautifully polished interior fit out with several small tables perfect for alfresco dining on a nice sunny day.
Great pastry and cake selection. Their paninos are great if you're after something light and not too heavy.

Glad to have this new place close to us, feels like a trip to Europe in our own backyard. Sandwiches are delicious, the coffee is spot on and who can ever say no to amazing donuts! Beautiful designed with clean lines and lots of sunshine, I am looking forward to being able to sit there for a whole afternoon, and I hope that one day there will be wine available!

Bar Lucio has opened in Kensington in a small corner location on Lenthall street, once an antiques shop. The traditional cafe is aesthetically pleasing and inviting with its bright white painted walls, white and blue tiles.

The cafe sells great coffee, freshly baked foccacia, sandwiches and amazing pastry goods. There’s bombolini, croissants and freshly piped sfogliatelle (shell shaped pastry filled with custard creme).

It’s a great place for a morning feed and we look forward to returning.

A quaint little cafe situation on a sunny little corner. The atmosphere of this place is everything, with happy staff and amazing coffee. The baked goods and woodfired paninos transport me back to the lush cafes in Italy, for a brief moment you forget you are in the busy streets of Sydney. Well done team ❤

Always great and all the food I had was amazing so far. Friendly staff and such a nice little spot to hang out. Highly recommend.

When we visited Bar Lucio, we assumed the standard Italian food of Pizza and Pasta, but was met with a pleasant surprise of Italian sandwiches and sweet pastries. We also ordered drinks and they were fantastic. Overall I really loved this place and would certainly recommend it. Yours truly @fooderarri

And coffee so creamy and has a right texture for a good coffee. Makes the money worth with their quality foods and coffee.
The place itself is so clean and so homy. I really recommend this place.

Bar Lucio is fantastic local cosy cafe, finally something new and exciting in Kensington. Tasty sandwiches and heaps of various pastries. Coffee is decent and staff always friendly. Bresaola is the winner for me!

Brilliant slice of Italy in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs. This place is exceptional - food and drinks are traditional and top quality and service is always excellent. The staff and owners should be congratulated for putting in some real effort to create the sort of local cafe that we all are looking for (and complain about when we don't get). Given how great the food and coffee is it can get busy but the staff will always make sure you're looked after. Highly recommended.
