The food was amazing with good options for everyone. It came pretty quickly despite there being quite a few patrons.

The vegan option was not only flavour packed but also filling, and there was actually a selection to choose from.

The meat option was great and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly.

The breads on both were great and the drinks we ordered were really nice.

Will definitely return!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming cafe, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the cozy ambience and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The coffee was exceptional, with a rich, aromatic flavour. The menu offered a variety of delectable breakfast options and sandwiches, and everything I tried was delicious. I can't wait to return and savour more delightful moments at this cafe. Highly recommended!

What a little gem!!! Every dish is beautiful and delicious.

The avocado toast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The beetroot sauce was so flavorful and paired great with the avocado and feta. The açaí was also creative presented as scoops in the crisp granola. Delicious!

They always serve good coffee here and interesting breakfast/lunch menus! If you need great coffee and food in the city, this is definitely my go-to place :) We had brunch here around 9am - it was still pretty much empty then and only started filling up around 10.
We ordered cappuccinos, tea,french toast, avocado toast and beni salmon all of which were presented wonderfully and tasted amazing! We will definitely visit again. Thank you for your great service

Stayed at the hotel next to Basket Brothers for four nights and they had me coming back every morning for breakfast to try something different. Checking the menu online was helpful as they do have a good amount of options for breakfast. The coffee is good and the food Is great. The staff are helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic it is close to the cbd take your pick where you want to go Basket Brothers is close to it all by Sydney standard. It's a great way to start the day and I look forward to coming back. Thanks Joshua from New Zealand.

Well, this lovely little café was ace! We went for breakfast before 11:30am. I had 'Pot of Gold' (veggie) 💛 it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Humus, grilled hallumi, cauliflower, butternut squash, sliced gherkins, avocado, pitta, and mushrooms. My latte was great coffee, too. 100% recommended this place Aussi 💲 24

Great buzzy breakfast which tasted amazing, albeit slightly slowly served.

Granola looked superb, the veggie breakfast tasted wonderful and was good value too.

I decided to visit basket brothers after landing into Sydney from Melbourne. I had a great experience in terms of food and customer service. The manager was also kind enough to pack açai bowl for my journey in the right manner. I would also like to mention the staff served us very promptly inspite of heavy demand following New Year’s Eve.

Awesome spot! I've driven past many a time and thus time decided to return for brekkie on a Saturday morning. Great service, fresh food and awesome coffee. Will happily return to try out more off the menu. Their famous bacon and egg roll is soft and tasty and their avo on toast. Perfect!

Coffee was good. Breakfast was great.
Freshly made juices and good size for the price. Food was pretty damn good. I took the recommendation from the nice girl who served us and went for the pesto scrambled eggs with chorizo (there’s other options for bacon or halloumi from memory) and added mushrooms. It was SUPER tasty!! I can see why it’s a favourite.
My friends had the BIG breakfast (very generous serving) & the “pot of gold” which was one of the few vegetarian options. They were both very happy with their meals.
Service was friendly & not too much of a wait, which was surprising given how busy they were.
I’d definitely recommend for a good value, healthy portion, super tasty breakfast in this part of Sydney!!

Lovely place! As soon as you come in, you feel welcome! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Cool environment too. And here I had the best sandwich of my life: House Smoke! And I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was! We also had the pumpkin salad with salmon, and totally recommend it! For dessert we ordered the fluff pancake! The pancake was a lot of fun: full of colours and flavours! I simply loved everything about this place. And super easy to getting there: 5min walking from Central Station. No excuses!

Extremely fast service (11am Saturday), I ordered the Pesto scrambled eggs with bacon and gf bread. Great coffee with oat milk and yummy matcha latte.

I asked if I could get my toast a teeny bit more toasted and they remade the whole meal (I felt terrible). Waiters were attentive and very friendly. Would definitely come back!

Edit: came back the next morning for breakfast again! Ordered the brisket with gluten free bread and they let me swap out the coleslaw and rocket with another poached egg! Beef was so flavourful and eggs cooked perfectly. Once again a beautiful coffee and fantastic service/speed.

Nothing to sneeze at! Nice cafe with a busy ambience and plenty of seats. Coffee is city standard, which means it tastes pretty good. (Is not milky soup!) The food has a certain depth to it, which is splendid. Good value, especially when your colleague is paying. Great place to brunch....

Great casual place for breakfasts. The brunch was surprisingly good - French toast looked incredible and tasted delicious! Look out for their takeaway specials menu. It's unbeatable value if you just want something quick.

Great place for breakfast. We came here two mornings in a row it was that good! Pablo & Rusty’s coffee is top notch. Menu is really good and well priced. Service professional, friendly but most importantly nice and quick. After ordering food arrived at the table shortly after.
Looking forward to our next trip to Sydney to come here again. Picture is the special of the day of French toast my daughter ordered. She absolutely loved it!

Visited with a good friend, looked busy on arrival. I ordered Biscoff French Toast as starter to share and The Meat as main. Absolutely delicious with perfect portion and been enjoying the atmosphere! Will come back again! We really love the coffee as well!
