Paw Bearers

Colleague recommended this service for our old boy that we were making end of life decision for. Louise was so helpful, she picked him up from vet that we chose, provided the cremation and we had him back the next day in a beautiful display box with his name engraved. Made an already crappy situation a little easier and I would not hesitate to use her service in future.

I found out ash had cancer and I knew straight away I wanted to get him cremated, with paw bearers. I had heard so many good things. Communicating with Louise and Steve was an amazing experience.
I got ash back within the week and he was delivered to me at work.
They did an amazing job.

Louise is incredibly compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure both you and your beloved pets are taken care of. I’ve (sadly) used Paw Bearers twice now, for my turtle and bearded dragon, and regardless of my pets, Louise understands the love you have for both your big and little ones. Available on the phone any time you need her, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Louise took such care of our Tiny, we could not stop crying and she was so understanding. Was available in the morning, when no veterinary clinic was open.

We lost our Beagle, Truman recently and Paw Bearers were wonderful, caring and very considerate. This really helped with our grieving process, knowing he was in good hands and would be treated with respect and dignity. I can recommend them to anyone who needs a service like this.

I lost my little boy Sookie who was my sassy black cat and he was treated wonderfully. He was treated like he was still a happy lively kitten. I’m so happy to have him home again. The box he is in is beautiful and the website helped a great deal with our mourning. Definitely recommend to bring your fur babies here the day they decide to leave you as they will be treated with up most respect and in a sense it feels like they haven’t left you at all.

This is more than a business. The owner genuinely cares for the loved pet and the grieving owner. She goes above and beyond and the service is extraordinary. Could not recommended Paw Bearers highly enough. They deliver an outstanding service.

After losing our much loved Maddie last week, we decided to choose Paw Bearers ACT to cremate our special girl.
When I collected our girl after the cremation from the designated house, the lady who answered the door could have at least said hello, before just asking
“ who are you collecting?” We have a few here today “ I found this to be quite insensitive.
After Maddies ashes were handed to me the lady just said “ here you are” and closed the door.
I understand this is a business but people who have just lost their loved pets are going through a stressful time.

Terrible experience very unprofessional, would not recommend. Did however get our pets ashes back quickly.
