Time Keeper Boutique

This is my second time purchasing a Rolex from Time Keeper and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I wanted a GMT Master II Sprite ever since they came out and obviously they couldn’t be bought from Rolex and at the time no one had stock, I asked Time Keeper to find one for me, to which they did, and two months later, a brand new, but second-hand, un-worn, GMT Master II, arrived in store. These guys always provide amazing service and always look after me. Definitely the best watch buying experience.

Went in today to pick up my Cartier Love Bracelet that they fixed and polished at a very competitive price after Cartier themselves quoted an obnoxious price for the same repair. Time Keeper fixed it and the repair is unnoticeable. They were great to deal with and text me when it was complete.

I also bought my Rolex Sea Dweller from them last year which was in amazing condition.

I’ll definitely be back soon to buy my next Rolex from them.

Came into the store looking for some jewellery and was delighted when I was treated by a young, passionate and well trained salesman by the name of tashi. He had great customer service and insightful knowledge which has left me with a good enough experience to write a review. Thank you tashi!

Mark is very good advice and professional, all so the shop got so variety of watches such as AP A.Lang Rolex etc. Out look the shop so luxury but warm and good services from Mark..so Happy I get some of my collection from TK time keeper.

These guys are amazing.

If I want a new watch or if I want to sell or trade one I always go to TKB to see Jessie and Mark.

And their services are great. Especially, Jessie, she is very young but she knows about watches. she is kind, and easy to talk to as well and I can tell that she loves her watches.

And Mark is just a legend.

Their selections are probably the best in town. You probably see more Rolex than the actual ADs.

My first purchase from Time keeper boutique. I normally don't review many places but the service I received from Jess and Mark definitely deserves a 5* review. I think they are under new ownership now and they give excellent service nowadays compared to previous years ago.
Mark gave me a fair trade in value on my watch and gave me a fair price for the one I bought. In the oldern days they used to charge well above market value. Now under Marks stewardship I think their prices seem much more fair.

Jess and Mark were extremely patient with my OCD checking out of the watch I was purchasing. They made the whole process extremely friendly and professional.

I wish them all the success now that this business is under better ownership.

I think the previous negative reviews are from when the shop used to be owned by another outfit.

Had to get a watch adjusted right away for a photoshoot. It was a Sunday and couldn't find a place open to get it done. Went to a few shops and they were all saying to come Monday as they don't adjust on the weekend. Came to Mark at The Time Keeper and he was extremely nice and friendly. Him and Jessie got the watch adjusted right away while I went for a coffee. Came back and it was done just the way I wanted. Was surprised how reasonable the price was as well. Great guy to talk to and a gem at customer service :)

Looked all over the CBD for a place to swap my watch band for. Walked straight in and the bloke there made it happen straight away for me. More than helpful and very knowledgeable too.
