Had a lovely young girl named Jess who served me a few weeks ago in the Lorna Jane east village centre. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind, she helped me piece an outfit together as I wasn’t sure what I needed exactly. Her presentation as a retail employee was divine, I assume she’s the manager. I had a pleasant experience and I’ll be bringing my sister along with me next time we are there. Thanks for the service.

Kelly from Lorna Jane at the Zetland store was a fabulous help when I went searching for pt gear. She was very helpful, showing me pieces I wouldn't have picked up. I love my new pieces and will return soon to ask Kelly for more advice. Thanks Kelly! Kirsty :)

I’ve spent so much money at LJ. I only ever wear LJ for training and I love their cute crop tops and matching sets. It gets me in the mood to go train! On two occasions my tights, only after having them for a couple of months, tore. The first time I didn’t bother going to get an exchange even though after spending over a $100 you’d think they would last longer.

More recently it happened to me again so I went into the store today. I was told by the casual staff member that she is unable to look at them or do anything about it because it’s not within her remit. After my persistence she called the assistant store manager (who I’d spoken to earlier in the week and she mentioned I could come in anytime) to ask for advice. The long and short of it - she wasn’t able to get it exchanged or do anything about it because the hole isn’t at a seam and they can only exchange if it’s stemming from a seam. This hole was literally a millimeter from the seam. But more importantly, I’ve only worn these tights about 5 times since I’ve had them.

I know the difference between wear and tear versus a fault in the garment. I’ve worn many leggings to death and have never come in seeking an exchange… The simple approach to this would have been to offer an exchange, just seeing my spend history at LJ you would know that I buy a lot of stuff from there, an exchange would have been such an easy way to keep a loyal customer. Anyway when it’s gets so complicated for a simple ask I really get disheartened by the lack of customer service... especially since there are so many options are available out there these days.

I really wish I read the reviews online before buying! The staff today were lazy, entitled & unhelpful - they weren't even TRYING to compete for my business - despite me holding a $5k Louis Vuitton bag. Your staff are lazy, entitled, white women who have ZERO experience and do not even TRY to compete for business. They lack attention to detail & do not SERVE the customer. Zetland is full of RICH Asians, yet I've never seen this store hire any staff that isn't an entitled white teenager. Here's a tip - hire more diverse people who have actual sales experience. Stop thinking just because your white you deserve my business. Actually try to compete for it. Never ever doing business with you again.

Really rude woman working at the Lorna Jane store today. 05/07/22 I am a big fan of Lorna Jane and usually splash out each time I go there, I will not be buying from that store after my experience with the rude store lady. It really makes a difference when you go into a store, who your server is. Wouldn’t recommend this particular Lorna Jane store ❌

Customer service is shocking! Got served by an old lady named Debbie and honestly she didn’t know anything and was so unhelpful. She was very rude and seemed so stuck up, it just hurts the brand even more. As she also didn’t know how to answer my question, she got her store manager Demi, to help who was also, as all the other reviews says too, unhelpful. Her answers were “it’s not something we can help with” to all questions. If none of them could help, then why are they even working there? Lorna Jane clearly is spending money on staff they don’t need. Would never come back again and have already changed brands.

Wish I could less than one star for the customer service that this has given me. They were rude and very un-helpful, the 2 ladies working there did absolutely nothing. I was interested in buying some new active wear and wanted a few sets. Neither of the employees seemed to know anything about their brand or stock and were completely unhelpful. When asked for suggestions I was told to look around the store myself and was not checked on in the change rooms. I later discussed this with my friends and they all shared similar stories of their horrible service.

the lazy staff didnt help customers to check the available stock for new items (that were the full-price new arrival bras and pants), she just wanted to finish the service quickly without doing the extra work even though there were only two customers in the store. Went home found the display bras have foundation mark and lip stain at the back and the inside
of the bra. It is a totally different experience from QVB store. The staff there checked avaible stock for every cutomer and gave the nicely packed new items if they have stocks without customer asked for it (even for all sale items)

I’ve never left a review on google but this store is horrible.
I was browsing in store looking for a pair of full length leggings, the staff/manager was telling me to buy more as there was a promotion, she pushed so hard even though I clearly said I am not interested in any other lengths, and she again said ‘give this a go’ after I rejected it twice.

THEN at checkout she took all my contact details and said a ‘receipt’ will be sent to my email. Never got any ‘receipt’, she probably just signed me up for promotion.

Not to mention that the material was thick and unbreathable, should have left as she tried to convince me to buy something I said I didn’t want.

The only good manager has sadly left. Can some one teach your staff not to jump on customers like vultures every time someone comes into store. As a customer I sometimes just want to browse in peace and when I need help I’ll ask. I came in with the intent to buy and left straight away, sadly this has become the norm for this store.

I’ve travelled 30 minutes just to pick up my click and collect but the store is closed with a sign saying ‘back in 30 minutes.’ I’ve now been waiting over an hour and there’s nobody in sight. Things happen but after reading the rest of the reviews, I wouldn’t be surprised if the staff have given themselves the afternoon off. ONE ANNOYED KAREN
