Baby Bunting Moore Park

Conveniently located in the parking floor of Supacentre. There's lots of parking but can be difficult to find a space near the entrances. The shop fitting is a bit older but it's neat and well stocked. Basically it'll have everything you'll need for your baby minus a few brand items.

Amazing service from Espie at this store, they didn’t have the stock, but she took care of and organised everything for us from another BB store. Super efficient and customer first focussed. Nice one.

The Moore Park store had a wide range of prams to choose from, including twin prams and the representative who helped us was really helpful and took her time instead of rushing off even though the store was busy. Thanks for helping us start on the pram buying journey, we really appreciate your time and knowledge with it all. Then we went home and did more research online, looked at reviews and compared weights and dimensions etc.

For those that are interested in getting some info about prams for twins, there's a lot involved in choosing the right one, a lot of features to consider and ultimately trade off one for another cause one pram can't do everything.

We didn't want a car capsule but wanted a stroller that could attach a bassinet and then a toddler seat. We figured babies aren't allowed to sleep in capsules for long periods but they can in a bassinet and since both those things only last 6 months, might as well get a bassinet so the babies can sleep flat and we can detach from the stroller and carry them into the house without waking them.

If you want stability and durability, the trade off is being big and heavy (bugaboo donkey 5 for side by side twins - 74cm width, 14.9kg) and if you want something narrow, lots of mobility, lightweight and easy to fold away, it turns into a long bus as one pram connects to another front to back (baby Zen yoyo 2 double stroller - 44cm width, 12.4kg).

And if you want a twin pram like a double decker bus, so it's the same width as a single pram, then you question whether the kid on the bottom would be as comfortable as the one on top when they become toddlers or if they're always gonna fight about who gets to sit on top every time (nuna demi grow double stroller - this would be better suited for 2 kids a couple of years apart - 62cm width, 16kg). And I didn't like the idea of only being able to see one baby at a time and having to bend over to check on the second one at the bottom.
Also the nuna config didn't allow the seats to face forward, only to face you so when they're older toddlers, it might not be as appealing for them.

There was another brand that allowed the seats to face forwards and backwards but the bottom seat is smaller because it's closer to the ground so it's good for 2 kids born within a couple of years of each other but not so much for twins.

We ended up choosing the baby jogger tour 2 double stroller because it was one of the narrowest side by side stroller on the market (66.5cm) and can attach two bassinets side by side for newborns then they come off and the seats are used for toddlers. It's also lightweight at 10.5kg and folds down (real easy) to a small thing that fits a lot better in the boot compared to other brands and great for travel or city living. The baby jogger GT2 is different to the tour 2 (tour 2 is the smaller version).
The trade off with this is that the weight capacity is 15kg for each kid which means we'll need to upgrade to another stroller by age 3. Whereas if you can put up with the bulkiness and heaviness of the bugaboo from the start, it can carry up to 22kg so it'll last till 6-8 years depending on how big your kid grows.

We realized there's no perfect solution that ticks all the boxes so a lot of deliberating and compromise was required to settle for what works best for us and our lifestyle/living space/car etc. Good luck with your pram shopping!

So unhappy with their service. This was our first and probably the last purchase at this store. We got uppababy vista 2 pram on layby and about 2 weeks ago and were misguided by the staff that if we get change of mind we can cancel the order anytime before making the full payment. Today we got to know that’s not the case and change of mind in case of layy would result in 20% deductions from our initial deposit. Though it was their staff mistake, nothing was done and just given a plain apology. Didn’t like the way they handled the situation at all. I wish we had made this purchase at baby kingdom where they at least value their customer. I was so excited when we shopped as this is our first baby but today they way they handled the situation made me into tears. NEVER WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS STORE.

Edit: I am editing the original review based on my recent experience with this store. They’ve improved their customer service and are now nice and pleasant to deal with. They’re the nearest store and Even though I had first bad experience with them I would’ve to visit them for baby stuff. Their improved good customer service and dealing has changed my mind and therefore I am changing my original review.

Had a car seat fitted on Thursday. for my granddaughter Amazing service and every aspect of the fitting and use was explained to me step by step. Well worth the cost. Thank you.

Yesterday Sora made my day 🥰 I wanted a portacot for so long, after choosing one there was a problem about the sale and price tag, but she sorted out everything for us in a short time, she was so friendly and professional, also she answered all our questions about the car seat we bought 8 months ago and showed us how to use it step by step. Very helpful and nice

Always had a great experience with their very lovely support; from car seating to our initial pregnancy/baby purchases. Employees are not forcing you to buy something nor the expensive version of anything; they are truly providing you support and suggestions that improve your daily life! Hence, why we keep coming back to the same store: Win-Win :)
Only little downside is that I wish they had a return option at the back at least during these covid days so that we could avoid getting in, physically, to the store...

My wife and I had a really good experience. Naz was extremely helpful on a very busy day. Car seat installer was thorough and helpful as well.
I worked in retail for a decade, so I understand the pressures staff can be under on busy seasonal weekends (exacerbated even more by Covid). We were not pressured to buy, we were shown the pros and cons and Naz's in-depth product knowledge helped us feel confident in our decisions.
We will be back.

We were looking for a new stroller and found the store to be well stocked with quite a few choices but what really set this apart is the great staff and how knowledgeable and supportive they were. Pari spent a good amount of time with us, patiently listening to what was important for us in terms of features and taking us through all the options available. Thank you again - We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Can not recommend Pari and the team at this store enough!

Because it was few hours before new years eve, everybody was in a rush, in many stores I went to that day, a lot of sales people were rude.
They made sure people, were adhering to covid safety plan and made sure I get the best priced pram for my toddler. I hope Baby Bunting keep the likes of you guys!
But these two people, were very different!!

I had a 2.20pm child restraint safety check at the Kensington shop. The lady who did the check was knowledgeable, thorough, provided a safety clip to secure the seat more thoroughly and then showed me how to uninstall the seat if necessary. All done quick and easily. And delightful.

Nothing to do woth this experience but it would be very practical lif there could be dedicated parking spaces for car safety seat checks permanently , in front of the shop. Rediculous not knowing where to park and navigating the one way systems. I had no children with me but it cannot be easy for a parent with 2 grumpy pre-choolers in tow.

We went to the Chatswood branch and the customer service there was absolutely appalling. We waited around 40 mins for someone to attend to us, yet the pram expert only focused on 1 customer for this long which was absolutely ridiculous. We left and came to this Moore Park branch instead and boy! The sales team (thank you Pari) for assisting us and giving us her fantastic attitude and attention to our pram questions and gave us the best advice on our purchase (we're first time parents). We ended up with a fantastic deal and went home as very happy customers. I highly recommend this branch and they'll look after you.
