PALAN HAIR

I have been going to Palan Hair for two years getting cut and colour treatments. They always make me feel welcome and they really know their stuff! I have pretty thick hair and I have always appreciated the time they take listen to me and get the right colour and style. I have been to other salons where staff constantly try to up-sell products and services and they never do this which means I am able to relax and enjoy the treatment. They do recommend products and services when I ask. I highly recommend this salon!

Highly recommended! I go there to get my hair trimmed and restyled every few months and they always do a fantastic job. Last week, I went in to add some colour to my hair and they were very patient and attentive, they wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The colour is vibrant and my hair looks shiny and healthy.

A personable service and a warm/comfortable relationship with the young couple and son who tailor each hair service with their experience and style. I trust Irene's judgement with my hair for recommendations as I always leave the salon feeling better than when I arrive. I also highly recommend their Volume Magic Straightening service. As a regular, Palan has out won my choice of hairdressers - best defined as a local family hairdresser that's worth its value.

The customer service from this salon is fantastic. It has such an accommodating atmosphere and they always offer you something to drink. I was impressed that the hair stylist always remembers me from my previous visit even though I visit every few months. Definitely recommend!

Definitely a five star. Very nice couple running this place. Always patient to explain and explore difference hairstyle options to me. Dye my hair over there few months ago, love it! Love the color and the style. After being there a few time, seems like they already understand what hairstyle i want.

Always received outstanding service from Irene and Alex. Been a 2 years customer try all their cutting, coloring, treatment service. All professional done and handled. Even bring my little boy there to have hair cut. This hair salon can't be missed!!

Giving "Palan" a five star rating because it is that good! Irene is a very talented hair stylist and i have had my hair cut with her many many times and she style perfect each time...she does colours too wonderfully!!! Plus she is very patient -- bonus points! Price-wise they are very affordable and reasonable! Very very satisfied with them! Super!!!

Excellent customer service! Irene is not only talented but she has also been extremely patient with my (sometimes stubborn) hair. Their long lasting straightening treatment is another reason why I'm now a regular customer :)

I've been going to Palan Hair for almost two years now, and always have a great experience! Very high quality cuts and efficient timeframe. Alex and Irene always remember their customers, are friendly, and often know what to do with my hair even without being asked. There's also a great range of products if you want a recommendation from them.

Absolutely love going to Palan hair. I’ve been going here for about two years now and Irene and her husband are just fantastic! They always do a fantastic job and I am always on time leaving the salon! I love the brand they use Keune and they have a great selection of hair products to buy too! Irene is a curly blow dry queen!

I use to live around the corner from the hair dresser but now I live a bit away from them but still travel for their great service. Irene is so nice and is amazing at layering hair. They are always quick. Definitely go here!

Other than being pricey ($29 male hair cut even with student discount), this place was great. The guy was so gentle that I was worried he wasn't trimming sufficiently, but no - he did fantastic. Uppercuts in the shopping centre was the most painful haircut I've ever had. This one here was the most gentle and enjoyable. They also accept credit card, which was the main reason I came here in the first place.

Hi there, I am an international student from China, that’s my third year to enjoy their patience and great hair cut service for male’s hair cut. It is not usual for me to comment this five star to a barber because I am kind of picky. But the whole hair cut environment and fashion hair style really shocked me when I first entered into this shop. So I recommend every international or Asian student if u cannot find a good place to have hair cut, definitely try this one! U will not regret I promised.

This hair salon is by far the best in all aspects of service. Their customer service is beyond exceptional and their prices are also very competitive, affordable and great value for money, especially in terms of the quality service they provide. I've been coming to Palan to have my haircut by Alex every month for the last 8 months. Service is good, price is reasonable and the staff are not only friendly but skillful too. I don't find a better hair stylist around this area.

The service in this place is extraordinary, this beautiful couple really listen to what you want and put their heart into the job. I´ve gone to different hairdressers but have never tried to venture too much. Ever since I´ve been going to Palan Hair is a completely different story. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Finally I have found both the hairdresser and the nail artist/eyebrow artist I have always been looking for in Sydney and it is all in the same place! Jae is the most fantastic hairdresser that is able to make my very fine, straw like hair look fabulous, shiny, sleek and voluminous every time, including excellent colouring technique as well. In addition to this Jae also now has a fabulous nail artist and beauty specialist at her salon, who did the best fake nail job I've ever had (& that's over 25 years); you should have seen the before and after! A very high quality salon & great value.

Brilliant service, friendly staff. Fast and efficient. Great environment. I could go on and on. But this is definitely now a favourite of mine. My hair is exceptionally long and difficult to care for. I once went to a salon in Parramatta Westfield where the girl made a huge fuss and was super super rude throughout the 30 mins she tended to me. The one who tended to me at this salon was like a breath of fresh hair. Lots of thanks to the Tuesday team <3

I have been going to 12 Fingers for over a year now. It's hard to find a barber that can blend men's hair like Jae does, she is a very talented hairdresser and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The staff are all super friendly and the owner John always offers me a latte when I arrive :) I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality cut to check out 12 Fingers.

I love Anna! Excellent quality service. Balayage was great (I've had it done at 3 different places before and Palan was the best). When I ran out of battery the staff looked around for a charger and brought me an extension cord!
I would definitely recommend.
