Perfect place to take a break between Coffs Harbour and Sydney. The gluten free pie was delicious - it was buttery and flaky, just like proper pastry! My partner and son enjoyed the traditional pies as well. There is a grassy area with seating and a cafe opposite selling coffee, drinks, burgers and yummy cakes!

My wife is a foodie, and has coeliac disease. She tried a pie from this shop. She said "the pies are amazing. The pastry is so buttery and just like regular pastry. You could not tell the difference from a pie made with traditional pastry." She had no adverse reactions.
I have a gluten intolerance too. When I have made enquires about gluten free options from two pie shops in Lismore NSW, they tell me they can't do it because "the gravy contains gluten" or because "the pastry comes out like leather." Good job Platform Pies.

Lovely unique place with beautiful scenery and great food and coffee! The pies were delicious was nice to see alot of gluten free options too. Staff very friendly and approachable 😊

I’m not a huge pie lover but the steak jalapeño cheese pie was delicious & the spinach pumpkin & feta roll was also tasty

Fantastic park and lovely ambience...ive never had thier pies though, in more than ten visits they've never actually been open. Still here though so I assume thier pies are awesome...

Great pies with perfect pastry. Plain beef was great and while I accidentally ordered a chicken and mushroom instead of a chicken and vege, I still loved it. This place sits beside a bunch of other cafes in a grassy tree lined area, making it a great mid point stop between Coffs Harbour and Sydney.

We reached there quite late and there wasn’t much left so quite limited on the options but the meat pie that we had is alright
