Stanley and his staff are absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience with Japanese cuisine, we have been there many times and we have always enjoyed the finest quality food, beautifully prepared and served, all with the most fantastic flavours, I highly recommend Yume Modern Japanese Restaurant, you will be amazed and well looked after,

This Japanese restaurant is our go to place almost weekly. Stanley is a talented Chef. His food is fresh, delicious and well presented. The salmon steak fried rice, wagyu beef skewers, crispy beef tacos, spicy edamame - just some of our favorites - the list goes on! So many great things on the menu. Lovely little place - recently had a renovation and looks good. The staff are very welcoming, polite and friendly, which makes the experience all the better.

I've been hearing glowing reviews about Yume from friends and family, and today, we finally had the chance to experience it ourselves. We indulged in a delightful array of dishes, including Prawn Nanban, Assorted Tempura, Chicken Karaage, and Salmon Miso Chevies – all of which were exceptionally delicious! The friendly staff and the remarkable talent of the chef, who personally prepares each dish, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We're definitely planning to return and highly recommend Yume to others.

Just had dinner here and the food was SENSATIONAL. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Need more of restaurants like this on the Coast.

Dinner and a show; Completely missed the raw egg as it came hurtling towards but, thankfully the floor was there to catch it. Great quality ingredients, clean restaurant and superb fresh beer.

Best Japanese on the coast. Try the wasabi beef and spicy edamame they are amazing.

Best authentic Japanese restaurant on the central coast at Erina. The food is amazing Stanley is an amazing talented chef! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is very comfortable to dine with family & friends. Our families favourite restaurant on the central coast.

Me and my family come here very often.
We've celebrated birthdays here and had memorable moments.
The service is great and the staff is lovely.

Their Salmon Bowl is genuinely the best thing I've ever tasted.
The chef throws their soul into their food and it's incredible.
It had my mouth watering, toes curling and taste buds convulsing.
Their duck Gyoza is also incredible.

Always a fan favourite, we often go here for celebrating or when we have guests.
We often order a heap of entrees and drinks and will be lucky to fit in a main. :p
Karage, Lotus Root, Edamame, Tempura, Gyoza are all soooo good. We often get the chef specials as well.
Desert is a must, the mochi is amazing, so much better than store-bought.

Easily one of the best Japanese places on the coast. Ramen and Bento boxes were superb. Staff phenomenal. Will absolutely be returning as soon as possible. Wish I could rate higher.

Have gone out of my way to eat here a few times now. Absolutely bloody marvellous, sashimi was as fresh as I’ve had in Tokyo or Sydney, yakatori cooked perfectly with a Fanta glaze. Their signature black truffle ponzu sauce is to die for. Get after it, can’t go wrong. 👌

We had tepanyaki set course and every seafood they brought out was fresh and juicy. Beef was tender and melt in your mouth and chicken was great too. The only let down was maybe the stir fried vegetable which I found bit blend. Overall, I was very impressed that every course had different seasoning and flavours. The service was attentive as well. The chef was very entertaining and we had fun. Strongly recommend.

By far the best Japanese place on the Central Coast. They offer a variety of dishes, with amazing service. They will even make things not on the menu. All dishes are great quality and good pricing. Highly recommended, great atmosphere.

The food is exquisite and the service is exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Keen to try the teppanyaki bar next time, it looked like so much fun !!!! :D
