I would like to thank this team (Effie, George, Mark and Alicia) for their excellent customer services.

We were attended by Mark on Sat, 3 Feb in the shop. We were very pleased with his patience, knowledge and useful guidelines/recommendations in the choice of the lights per our preference.

We would like to thank Alicia for her prompt response on the phone in providing us the updated information, which was all impressive and appreciated.

Most importantly, we were extremely grateful for the effort of Effie and George who came all the way from Kensington to North Shore to deliver the lights to us, even it's after business hours. Their customer oriented service exceeded my expectations. Great service like this makes us feel that they care about developing a long-term relationship with customers, which means more than just making a sale.

Thank you so much once again for giving us such a wonderful experience with Kensington Cosmo. Hope we will see this fantastic team again soon.

I rang Cosmo lighting late on a Saturday afternoon needing some lights in a hurry for the electrician who was ready to install. They stayed open for me and waited for me to arrive. They were super helpful and patient in finding just the right lights to go with our home. Service was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back.

I've been buying from Cosmo Lighting Kensington for about 8 years. Effie and the team really know their stuff and they keep a great range of supplies, but if they don't have it they can find it for you. Smart and friendly service, a pleasure to deal with.

I came looking for a new transformer for a fluorescent light. I was advised transformers are ancient technology and was offered a new replacement light which simply fits into the mains power supply. I thought that this was brilliant and it turned out to be so. A friend who is an electrician fitted the light and it works like a charm and is a lot brighter than the previous one.

I am very happy with the service provided by George and his mum. I would recommend Cosmo Lighting to anyone who needs their services. I will definitely be back.

Cosmo Lighting on the parade are a real gem with quality products at reasonable prices. Their personal friendly service is exceptional. Whenever I have a lighting problem or need advice I find Bruno is a mine of information always helpful and nothing is too difficult. Effie, Vicki and George are also extremely helpful in the business. Another benefit is the rear parking with easy access to the shop. This is rare in the Eastern Suburbs. I thoroughly recommend this store.

I had searched many lighting places for a particular ceiling fan and been told not available, until I found “Dwayne”! He offered to track one down, phoned straight back with options and transferred the exact fan. He was friendly and professional and the total customer service was the best. Thanks Dwayne 🤩

This is one of the best “customer service / experiences” we’ve had in a long time: thank you to George and family. The store is full of great selections of fans, lights /light shades and lamps. We went into buy three fans - came away with 5 fans , 2 lamps and 6 light shades....no pushy sales just “ full care and good listening to our needs”. Amazing - thank you.

Effie and Bruno are so lovely and helpful. I am in the midst of renovating an older house and they have been helping me source and replace all the older halogen lights for LED. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I wouldn’t even try the other shops. They can source everything for you! There is also easy parking at the back of the shop on Boronia Street. I wish all shops were like that!

George from Cosmo Lighting was incredibly lovely to deal with. We purchased two oyster lights from there yesterday and just felt the need to leave a 5 star review. The customer service was top notch! Thanks George

Effie and her team at Cosmo Lighting in Kensington have extensive product knowledge and provide exceptional service. The store has a great range of stock and is reasonably priced. There is also ample customer parking behind the store. There really is no need to go anywhere else to shop for lights.

I had my own light and all I needed was the fitting to connect it to the ceiling. Effie and Bruno went to every effort to find the perfect connection and even attached it to my light, including altering the chain. And they made me laugh throughout the experience. Good old fashioned service, thanks to you both! Highly recommended. :)

We needed new fans and lights and we wanted to get onto the technology bandwagon. Other lighting shops were disinterested and tried to talk us into getting traditional wall switched fans and lights. Bruno and his staff were very helpful and we as a result of his enquiries for us, we purchased some new Hunter Pacific Revolution 3 fans with lights. Indeed we were able to download an app on our mobile phones to operate the lights/fans and were then able to have them operate via voice control and Amazon Alexa. Very very happy.

I work as a maintenance person in a 40 room hotel. Whenever i had a strange problem with lighting. The team especially Bruno calmly organised to either have the product on site or have it in store within 2-3 days. If they don't have the part, they will tell you where you may get it.
Today, Bruno,sourced two external light fittings that are at least 10 years old. Good service, good humour. What else can one ask for. MAYBE some cold water, after trying to park.
All my friends shop there especially for speciality products.

Bruno has been a wonderful adviser on our lighting and fan needs over the years. He really focuses on one's requirements and gives very informed and relevant advice. I wish every shop I deal with had a Bruno!

Excellent customer service by Effie and Bruno. They were so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful, really assisting us to choose the right light for our dining room from their excellent range (and I'm really fussy!). Great customer service like this is hard to find.

We had a problem with a ceiling fan light after a power outage caused the light to fail. Uncertain about the cause and when replacing the globe brought no joy and after failing to find a battery to replace existing one, we were at our wit's end.
One phone call to the amazing staff at Cosmo's and problem solved in 40 seconds, literally. The technician, Bruno, talked me through the process with meticulous care and the advice was profound. There was light!!! Thanks so much
