I pre-ordered a product and then didn't hear anything for weeks, so contacted the supplier who responded immediately. The item had actually just been dispatched that day, but they kept chasing it up with the courier anyway until it arrived.
The product is excellent quality, and their customer service after I contacted them was exemplary.

They shipped it super fast and was here within a week. AMAZING QUALITY. Will definitely be getting wear out of these!!
