Sara is a wonderful acupuncturist who is very kind and nurturing. Her treatment has helped with regulating my hormones, milk supply and anxiety levels postpartum. The improvement has been absolutely incredible and it has made all the difference in helping me adjust to life as a new mother. Sara’s clinical environment is a tranquil and beautiful place to visit. I highly recommend her and am so grateful for her care.

I first saw Sara when trying to conceive. She helped to nurture my body, and prepare for pregnancy - once falling pregnant I had treatment for morning sickness, and towards the final weeks of pregnancy I received acupuncture to help ready my body for labour.
I had an incredible birth, and I believe the knowledge that Sara passionately shared with me along with the treatments played a special role in my son’s entry into the world.
I am extremely grateful and highly recommend.

Absolutely love my sessions with Sara from Tree of Vida Accupuncture. She has made such a difference in my life from helping with my anxiety and grief surrounding loosing my mum, fertility support, labor preparation (which made a massive difference during labor itself.. my midwives were amazed!), fixing migraines, postural headaches, managing stress.. the list goes on!

Sara is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. You can not go pass her treatment. I presented with chronic tension headaches. My neck pain and headaches are gone ! Sara has a world of knowledge around hormones and symptom management. The recommendation can not be higher !! I can not live without my appointments they are my lifeline!

Sara is so gentle and kind. She listens so well. She has helped me with my women's health ailments over the last year and a half, providing me a cure when nobody else could.
She has recently provided me with pregnancy care as well as a program leading up to my delivery to ready me for labour.
I had a breech baby which turned head down 2 days after one of our treatments.
I also had an induction session with Sara and she said to give it 24 hours- in just over 24 hours my waters broke and baby was here the day after.
