Bought an Apple Watch here and it was a great experience. Nice job by Anna in helping us work out which watch and accessories to purchase and the software features. Anna was very patient and gave us plenty of time and had plenty of product knowledge. We didn’t have to wait long to be served.

I've been buying from Apple George Street for the last six months, and each time I've been assisted by Ceridwen. She's an incredible salesperson—so helpful and friendly. It's always a pleasure to receive her assistance.

Apple Store with magnificent design, spacious and well organised. Products are categorised floors and easy to search what you want.
Workshops are held regularly in a spacious area with big screen and visitors can join on the spot.
Staffs are very attentive and helpful.

We had the best experience in Sydney CBD Apple Store yesterday buying a new iPhone, plus fixing a glitch on an older phone.

Joshua was the most supportive guy, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful person.

He fixed the problem in speed time, then found Laurence (pronounced Lauren) to help me purchase a new iPhone.

Equally as wonderful to deal with, she was so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, very patient.

Can’t speak highly enough of both Joshua and Laurence. Such an absolute joy to deal with people who are so personable and helpful, really makes you feel up to have such a pleasant experience.

This store definitely our ‘go to’ in future, even though it’s harder for us to get to, than another Apple Store.

We were assisted by Gerard who is really incredible at doing his job and very knowledgeable about the apple product. We went there knowing what we want to buy but Gerard gave us more info about the iPhone that we want to get and he is very patient and polite to us. He deserves a raise and I will highly recommend Gerard to everyone!

This was not my first visit in this apple store in downtown Sydney. I knew in advance what to buy in here. As I entered the shop there where not too many other customers on a weekday morning. The staff member I talked to could help me promptly and I was quickly done with my purchase. I would choose this store again for future transactions.

Such a beautiful and large showroom! Staffs are really helpful and polite! Opening hours are also convenient for us! Opened till 8 pm which was helpful during New year’s Eve.

One of the most mentionable thing was our phone battery was dead and we didn’t even have power bank, we had to be in city till fireworks. In that situation, we went to the showroom and had gotten our phones charged which was such a relief as they were opened till 8.

Supriya one of the staff is very friendly and helpful, I asked her for power bank recommendations and she advised me for good quality ones. Most of the staffs there were properly trained and know about the actual product. Thank you, this made my day

Had a good fix of my phone and then bought new AirPods with Monica. She helped me a lot and was very patient. I came and I only wanted to fix my phone now I have brand new AirPods thanks to her. I am very happy

A brilliant 3 floors store with each designated functional floor. Their numerous up-to-date products are on display everywhere, so you don't have to wait for another people when you want to try the products. The service is amazing with so many Apple employee here and there helping customers. If you need any help just don't bother to ask the uniformed people, they'll gladly answer all of your questions.

I went in under a week ago to exchange an IPad, Saray took care of everything for me and assured that if for some reason the new one was also not functioning as it should I have the 14 day guarantee. I don’t usually return things so I was not sure how this would turn out but she was more than happy to help, super happy with her service, honestly give her a raise lol.

Disor (sorry if spelt wrong) and Max were very helpful and attentive. I didn’t have much time in the country/city and they were able to fit me in and help me sort my smashed up phone without even an appointment, great service. Also on a side note the internet is super fast here, was great for working whilst waiting for my phone to be sorted! Btw Apple Care + bought in the UK works here no problem.

Went in for a battery change. Turns out didn’t need one. They gave me advice abt having all my apps on. I did the training seminar there abt taking family photos and procreating them. Waiting time to see a technician was 20 mins top.

Came here to get the latest iPhone 15 pro max and they had it. It was super easy experience where David walked me through the steps and even though it was his last day he was super quick and attentive.

Introvert in me feared I would have to wait 15-30 min. But David took care of me and got me on my way in less than 15 min. Happy shopper here and thanks for answering all my question David and also even printing a receipt for claiming duty free at the airport. Cheers!

I came to the store today with my mum to buy a new MacBook after my old MacBook 2017 was slowly dying. When I asked a few staff members to do a trade-in, I was politely approached and assisted by a fine guy named Ty on Level 1. When asking a few questions for us, he was very patient, friendly and obliging. He was also able to simplify complex details for us to understand easily. Although I wasn’t able to get credit for trade-in (due to internal battery damage), I was still happy to get it recycled for free. Ty was assisting me with every process from getting my old MacBook cleared to choosing the new one. Big thanks and shoutout to Ty for helping me choose the right MacBook! He’s truly a gem and a definite asset to the store. I really wish him the best of everything. I always shopped in this store for all my Apple products, and will always be buying here in the future too. Once again, thank you so much! - Amber
