The beach view is stunning, and the clean water makes it fantastic spot for my toddler and baby to swim and play in the sand. The added safety of a shark net and the playground is reassuring. The only downside is the relatively expensive parking fee, but the overall experience is worth it, highly recommended!!!

A gem of a playground 💎 Play equipment for small children as well as a fantastic climbing structure that's fun for older kids, too.

⛱ Right on the beach, the tidal pool is being renovated through mid-2023. Will have shark nets when completed, very calm waters.

☕ Cafe nearby, two if you count the 1-minute walk to Sandy Bear.

🌭 Grill and picnic table facilities, plenty of grass

🚻 Toilets

🚘 Plenty of parking

On the Bondi to Manly (and Spit to Manly) walking track. This is an excellent section for kiddos, as Clontarf is a great resting point.

Fantastic, well shaded playground that caters to ALL ages.
Located meters from beach, bathrooms and cafe with ample seating, picnic tables and grassed areas which are also shaded.
Pram and wheelchair accessible.
Ticketed parking for those without parking sticker for NB council area.

Netted harbour pool. Clean, safe and fun for all ages. Mainly for kids. One of the best playgrounds and family beach of Sydney. Cafe, bathroom, sanded ground, heaps of shade, I never really needed to open my beach umbrella here. Very gently sloping beach. Council is keeping the place well and clean. Suppose parking tickets contribute a lot towards funding the maintenance of the area.

I went there the other day and they redid the park. It is an awesome park and I would recommend taking the kids for a play. There is a shark net and the beach is nice. It is nice that there is a shop where you can buy drinks, hot chips, and stuff. Not often very crowded but you can get some people there. I like to go there in the afternoon and walk along the beach. it is a very nice place to be in a warm afternoon. 10/10 would take kids there or go by myself. Very good

Great beach/pinic spot for family with kids. Calm water, soft sand, big grass area with good amount of shades. The onsite cafe has good quality food. The shaded playground is also going to entertain big and small children for a good amount of time. There is a walking trail as well, although we haven't explored it. There are so many things we can do here, will definitely come again. It can get quite busy on weekends.

Very nice: few people, lots of parking available. $8 per hour though. Didn't see anyone swimming. Sharks perhaps? The cafe: your last resort, not impressed. Nice playground, kids loved it. Great day out.

Beautiful sandy beach. Wonderful scenic views middle harbour. Great for boating, picnics, childrens playground and netted harbour pool. Perfect for all age groups and those wanting to stop by while doing the harbour walk Spit to Manly.

One of the better playgrounds installed at any beach, covered by a large shade sail, floored by sand, within 30m from a take away cafe, 50m from the beach, and 20m to a refillable water station. Our kids love this playground and it’s a great distraction while the adults catch up

Newly upgraded with adventurous fixtures for all ages and levels. Good work!
The water bubbler location and drainage needs a bit of a rework I believe, as the full drain overflows onto the path and the soft landing area. Maybe slope the path back to a drain point.
Not a big deal but certainly needs attention.
