I recently had a really good experience at H&M Sydney CBD. I've met a kind and friendly staff name Dimpal. I was looking for an S size for this particular dress I love and despite how other staff shut me down by saying "it's all on the rack", Dimpal helped and assist me to look for it. Luck was on my side and we found the size I am after regardless and I am one happy customer.

Dimpal was very helpful setting up my membership! They have a clothes recycling service that gives you a 15% voucher when you drop off a bag of usable or unusable clothes.

Easily the best H&M in Sydney. Has more sizes and stock on shelves than other stores, spacious, more change rooms, excellent location. Always nice and cool in here also, so a great escape on a hot day.

I'm so impressed with the excellent customer service at this store, as my daughter left her phone in a change room and we went back the following day hoping it was there. The staff were so helpful and friendly and managed to locate the phone, which had been taken to a staff area for safe keeping. Huge thanks!

H&M has always been my fashion go to store. Mainly because they have nice quality clothes that does not break the bank. Always on trend, very stylish and often conducts massive sale. Fits me perfectly. Has plenty variety of clothing for events. Be it a night out, wedding, vacation, casual, formal, holiday events, beach wears, work wear, gym and sleep wear. They also have home decorations and trinkets, kids and mens wear and for pregnant ladies too. My highlight for h&m which I find it interesting and brilliant, is their strategic collaboration of designer brands with limited edition items in affordable prices (only in h&m sydney store). My experiences were very exciting as you need to line up night before prior to the event and whats the essence of it? It's not that we are addicted to the retail, maybe for some. But its because you will experience to sleep on the streets and acquire new friends like - minded people exchanging stories of why they want to purchase the item.

Most of their clothes and stuff is good, occasionally they have something amazing and superb quality.

Huge store! You could easily spend an hour or two in here browsing. Good prices for fast fashion. It can be hard to find the sizes you want sometimes though (you can get it online instead).

The change rooms here are usually very busy, though the ones downstairs are generally quieter. Registers can get busy too, but the staff work efficiently and the queue moves quickly.
