Timber Blinds Express

What a great little company and I am so glad that we stumbled across their website.

We ventured out to find wooden venetians to replace the absolute rubbish that we previously bought from Half Price Blinds.

The old saying ‘once bit, twice shy’, this time we ordered samples, and they arrived just a few days later.

We made a selection, ordered the products – at a pretty competitive price I might add, and just a couple of weeks later the products were delivered in good condition and now look great hanging on our windows.

Just for clarification, we wanted cedar look venetians (to replace our 20 year old ones that were beginning to look a little daggy).

Initially we ordered replacements from Half Price Blinds based on their website pictures, what arrived was some horrible washed out looking tan colour rubbish, no grain, no tone, it was offensive.

I wrote to them and they basically said, you should have ordered ‘free samples’ first. . . . bad luck. The product went straight into hard waste without even being properly unwrapped (at our cost).

In contrast, it seems Timber Blinds Express operates in the old fashion manner of actually manufacturing products as you would expect them to look and delivering in a seamless manner. Thankyou!

Excellent solid cedar blinds. Real cedar, not laminate!
