I visited this pharmacy for the first time today and received exceptional customer care from one of the staff members who I believe is the pharmacy manager. It was close to closing time and I was having trouble using the escript. This staff member went above and beyond to take care of me and showed such empathy and patience as well as trying multiple angles to solve the issue. I am so grateful to have been taken care of by this staff member.

They were polite and when I was asked if I'd be comfortable showing my arm to the student pharmacist, the head pharmacist was entirely professional and was prepared for me to refuse. I accepted, appreciating that they were able to use this as a learning opportunity. Many thanks

In the last few weeks, they have been incredible. An M.D failed multiple times to send a script, and the staff have honestly worked above and beyond with following up my case, keeping me in the loop, and even tried to send me elsewhere for a cheaper deal. I think I'd still be waiting for my script in 2022 if they hadn't chased it up so relentlessly. Most of the staff seem to know me by name at this point.

Never thought I'd ever write a review for a pharmacy, but here we are. No idea why the rating is so low, in my experience they have been consistently helpful and pleasant since opening.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. I have been going here for a few months and not only are the pharmacists extremely knowledgable but also the staff on the floor. Of course the prices are going to be more expensive than Chemist Warehouse (a massive chain that buys in bulk) but they take care of you and give you their time of day and thats what really matters when dealing with anything medical related.

Wonderful service every time I go. For those complaining about getting it cheaper at Chemist Warehouse, I suggest looking into why. Besides having the buying power to negotiate cheaper prices, they have unscrupulous franchisees who treat their staff terribly. I am glad to pay the extra dollars if it means that the staff who serve me are treated with respect and paid for the value of their labour. Sadly, this hyper-consumerist late-stage capitalist society is clearly having an effect in encouraging selfish short-sighted thinking.

The pharmacists and whole team that work here are amazing. They have excellent customer service, and if for some reason they don’t have what I need, they always go out of their way to help me find it.

Clean, neat, and and spacious store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff will go out of their way to help you and are very empathetic to your needs. Furthermore they have an an array of health services such as DNA medication testing, bone density testing, sleep apnoea testing, wound care, health screening, impromy weight management, flu vaccination and diabetes testing. Never knew pharmacies did this sort of stuff too!!

I served by Michelle today. I was looking for inner health plus. But I didn't know there is dairy free option before she mentioned it to me. And she also suggested me to get a prescription for my medicine. That will be cheaper. Very professional and caring person.

This has been for family pharmacy for more than 10 years and they are friendly, efficient and helpful. I trust them to watch for interactions with my meds and give me honest advice. Only go elsewhere if needed outside trading hours.

I am sad to read some negatives about the pharmacy. I visit about once a week and have found it to be consistantly a pleasure. The staff have been wonderful and so friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for many years. I can say without a doubt that the service is very above average. Personal attention is always assured.
