Yeah, this place is pretty good!

This place used to be great for last minute inexpensive gifts, candles, cards and such. Now its become just as expensive as anywhere else, and over-priced on some things.
I went there recently to put together a bag full of quirky little Australian souvenirs to send overseas but the retail price on some items was horrendous.
I ended up leaving, didn't purchase a single thing and went to the $2 shop, saved a small fortune.

Worst of the worst customer service and false advertising regarding the exchange and return policy.
The receipt clearly says can exchange and refund however the Asian lady said, 'doesn't matter what it says', also very rude. I would advise customers to avoid this shop, they are not worth our money and hopefully they can get closed soon.

rude service from shop women and rubbish product quality, once use only for everything. Rather buy from Kmart with even better quality

My experience today was somewhat very disappointing. The service from the women on customer service was utterly disgraceful and not acceptable.
No words were spoken by those at the cashier counter after I asked for the total of my purchase (which unfortunately I had to purchase, as with a disability was an easier access).
The isles are overstocked and plastic rubbish on the floor makes it very unsafe for anybody.

Really disgusting customer service, the guy asked my kids to go wait outside of the shop just simply because they touched a toy while I’m pick up something else from a different shelf. So we left without buying anything and would defiantly not come back again.
ATTENTION Parents: You NEED to keep an eye on your children when you take them shopping in this store to avoid getting the same treatment.

Awful place, would not return a toy within 1 minute out of the door, i also bought 30 dollars extra with other staff. I just want to return 1 toy which my girl didn't want. So return policy in this place. And the lady is rude

Would not let me return the item I had just purchased 10 minutes prior. Purchased a picture frame stand for my father's funeral, however, the photo I had printed did not fit the frame I had brought with me. I ended up purchasing another frame from K Mart which had a stand. When I went to return the stand they only offered exchange only, not a refund. I didn't need any of their substandard products and walked away with the stand I didn't need.

Worst place for a refund. Don’t understand customer service. We had an unintended item scan through and paid and within seconds when we realised and asked to return the answer was no. Unfriendly staff and poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Please do not throw away your money. The products are horrible!!!! They don’t work as they advertise. Worst of all when you try to return it, no response. It appears they are located in China.
