The variety of flavours is impressive, and the boba pearls had the perfect chewiness. The staff was friendly.They have a buy 1 get 1 free offer. I highly recommend trying their Matcha Fresh Milk– it's a true indulgence for boba enthusiasts!

This place is amazing! The bubble tea in itself is delicious and great quality. Can’t beat the taro milk tea with pearls 😍. The service is speedy and the owner is very friendly.
And of course... the buy one get one special is unreal. The best deal you’ll find anywhere in Sydney!

This was my go-to bubble tea spot when I lived in Sydney. It was perfect for the student budget and was situated for an easy grab and go before uni. They used to have a coconut milk tea option which I loved but they stopped serving that flavour sometime around 2019/ 2020 so I just switched back to the classic order of jasmine milk tea with coconut jelly.

They have always had this ongoing promotion for buy one get one free and I have ended up using that to get myself an extra tea for later or whoever I am with another bubble tea. I have tried multiple flavours over the years and none of them have ever disappointed me. Definitely a must have if you’re in the area and the perfect drink for all the amazing food on Anzac Parade.

Considering the amount of people waiting at all times, they are pretty fast!

Friendly staff and great value for money! Love the tiger milk tea (brown sugar boba)! Very kind staff, I accidentally dropped my bubble tea and the staff replaced it for me. Very generous indeed.

Love the selections of best sellers and the toppings. Always everyday buy 1 get 1 which can attract a lot of traffic and get busy fast (a tip would be order your stuff and wait outside, i feel bad the staff constantly get customers breathing on their neck waiting. 🤣😂🤣). An ideal spot for the squad to get their fixes. Only rant is the pearls almost not chewy enough on some days.

I love Ten fourteen, the drinks taste great and are priced cheaper than Gong cha. There is also a permanent 2 for 1 deal, so you always get a free second drink!

I go there weekly and buy 6 to 10 at a time. A combination of jasmine milk tea, classic milk tea, taro milk tea, taro fresh milk and peach black tea. All with pearls and 50% sugar. The taste is consistent and just as good as any of its' competitors. However, Ten Fourteen wins out because the half price deal allows me to enjoy it more frequently than I might otherwise and without the guilt of spending too much money. Just be aware if you go there around 2.15pm to 2.45pm on a Saturday, they usually run out of pearls and you have to wait (15 mins) for them to be cooked up. Worth the wait in my view.

Dropped in here randomly the one time I saw this cute place without a queue, wanted to know what the fuss is all about. I can definitely see why there's a queue! Lovely service, fabulous drinks and my tea had an actual tea flavour, not just a vague watery taste like some other "bubble teas" have. I had the mango green tea with no sugar and my partner had the wintermelon milk. The wintermelon milk is delicious too, I had a taste. Wonderful. Also, cherry on top was the 2 for 1 promo. Nothing short of amazing, thanks so much.

Best value bubble tea and the quality doesn't miss either. Full strength and not watered down like some other places. The brown sugar syrup milk tea is better than what I have had in any bubble tea store including gong cha, coco etc.

I love the fact that its buy one get one free and their milk tea actually taste good compared to other big branches. I received 4 drinks for just under $20 where other places that will cost for 2

Love the taro milk tea!! I don't recommend the sesame milk tea though as it's hard to dissolve in cold drinks. Otherwise, our go to!

Cheap and good. At least the Oolong milk tea and cheese foam is nice. Some flavours aren't that great but still much cheaper than the other alternatives for bubble tea in the area

Their everyday buy 1 free 1 deal makes it the top of my bubble tea list. Tried their new mango milk with a lot of toppings! Still in love with their taro milk tea

This milk tea shop is the best milk tea shop i have ever been to. The taste is above average and the price is of milk tea is excellent.

I've yet to find a cheaper bubble tea place and it's super popular so the tea is always fresh.
