Me and my husband tried the combination BBQ set $50 and spicy seafood and tofu stew $20..

It's served Halal Korean meals, very rare for the recipes, just enjoy it! The table service and surrounding also very neat, it's friendly and comfortable places, come visit and experience yourself!

Nice place for family dining. Reasonable price. Prayer room available for Muslims.

Update 31/10/2021 - I went here today since my last visit somewhere in May/June and I was surprised to see the place has closed. The good thing is you still can enjoy the menu by visiting/ordering from their parent restaurant, It's Time for Thai, just next door, although I'm not sure if their signature BBQ grill menu are still available.

Tried bibimbap for the first time. Was great.

We got our first chance to enjoy the amazing experience at this restaurant.
Our initial plan actually to go to another restaurant to try the Korean food but then we decided to go into this place instead.
We ordered wagyu steak, terriyaki chicken, beef hotpot and some chicken.
All were smooth process and the orders were served in no time.
The waitress was very helpful and patient enough with our requests.

On top of that, all food we ordered was awesomely delicious.

Be back again for another occasion.

An amazing halal establishment. Everything from kbbq to fried chicken was delicious. Serving sizes are wonderfully large and we were happy eating leftovers later! Service was great, we were well looked after. Would definitely return!

Best Korean restaurant in Kensington (y) affordable price with good foods

If you’re after authentic Korean, this is NOT the place. But if you’re after halal Korean food in Sydney (so no alcohol or pork) then this IS the place. There are very few halal Korean food options in Sydney so this was a welcome addition. Although not run by Koreans (it’s run by the It’s Time for Thai people), the food options are pretty damn good and reasonably priced (fried chicken, BBQ, stews, you name it). Service is nothing to write home about, but the food will make you want to come back for more.

I had a good time at Sally’s Grill and Hotpot while enjoying friends with a casual gathering. Beside their good quality dishes, their two main offerings are the hotpot and BBQ grill. I was amazed by knowing their praying room facility for Muslim customers. I appreciate their prompt services.

After a long Saturday shift, I stopped by Kingsford for a feed and was drawn to the menu at Sally's. With Japanese dishes, Korean BBQ options, and Thai dishes, you will find a flavour/style to satisfy your craving - the drinks have a bit more Thai influence.
I felt like a homely style meal so I chose the pork katsu curry rice. It has a nice, thick curry sauce with the medium spiciness, and sweetness, and chunky vegetable typical of Japanese curry. The pork katsu is well breaded, brown, crunchy, and juicy. Overall, a lovely dish for when you want a warm hug.

I've wanted to try Korean BBQ for ages then my wife and stumble upon Sally's in Kensington. Flavours we're good. Was a bit of a squeeze to get in because it was busy which I think is a good sign. Have been here a number of times and will be going again.

I had used to dislike this place as their boneless spicy chicken was disappointing. Nevertheless, it had become my favourite place to go to. Must try their spicy rice cake, kimchi fried rice, spicy chicken wings, kimchi stew and spicy bulgogi beef! Their bibimbap as well as their jjajjangmyeon was too bland and soggy (in my opinion). However, since I had found myself to be addicted eating spicy bulgogi beef, I think I'll pass that. I hope that the menu will improve better. In addition, if you're not feeling up to eat from their menu you can always order food from Time For Thai as I think they are under the same management

Awesome food... everything perfect except for 1 waitress. All the other staff was very polite and very nice. I sorted the one bad apple anyway and wont let it discourage me to attend again. Will definitely be back again and again.

Delicious! Staff were very friendly! Great in value! Prayer room is available, toilet is big and clean. Thank you so much we had a lovely time and experience dining here with you guys :) super happy!

Love the atmosphere, young crowd, very busy

The place is nice, quick service and has a good facility (prayer room and toilet). The food is okay and very affordable. We spent $35 for three people (three dishes). It depends on what you order, though.

Amazing food and service. Had a wagyu set. The best Korean BBQ place I've been to yet. Reasonably priced and amazing taste.
