I visited their Alexandria warehouse like place before I placed an order in April. I met Michael and a younger guy at the communal reception area in the building, they brought out samples with them (didn’t actually see their office or warehouse).

I emailed Michael to confirm details and never heard back from him, and yet I placed an online order (a huge mistake) on 6th April 2023.

Never heard back from them since and didn’t receive my order, of course!

I made a dispute with my bank a few days later and received a response back from the merchant’s bank just now. They said RZN provided supporting documents against my claim after 2 months!!!

They are located in Alexandria and Potts Point and both their contact numbers are disconnected.

They are absolute scammers and never use RZN ever!!!!! Save your money and time.

I've been waiting on my order for three months. They told me it was shipped out on the 7th of March. after waiting for 6 weeks with no communication and the shipping information claims it's still waiting at their warehouse. I don't trust this company and I definitely don't recommend them. Suspecting this is a scam
