Penrith Medical Centre

My usual GP was away so I saw Dr Ban. I have been highly stressed and unwell. I have been very concerned about my health. Dr Bans style is conversational rather than feeling assessed. She was very helpful insightful and alleviated my fears.

I have used the Penrith Medical Centres services for the last 30 years commencing when the Centre was located at Penrith Plaza. The Medical Professionals are first rate in my experience and the staff have always been caring and helpful.
Like all good businesses the PMC is operating at near capacity so appointments are necessary to enable them to meet the demand.

After experiencing chronic pain $ being dismissed for two years by previous GP’s, after one appointment with Dr Chua I had a diagnosis. Thank you Dr Chua. You are a fantastic doctor who I will be recommending to all my loved ones.

I have been going to Penrith Medical Centre for over 30 years. I have found all the doctors and staff very friendly and only to willing to help in any way possible.

Back in 2020 we were advised that our GP of 45 years was retiring. The search began to look for a doctor younger than us.
We were fortunate to find Dr Vishal Verma. We were impressed with his medical skills, his compassion and good humour. It wasn’t long after our introduction that Dr Verma picked up the first signs of ocular melanoma in my left eye. Treatment has been ongoing, and we are fortunate to have found him to guide us on this journey.

Fantastic receptionists, nurses and doctors. Always ready to help in any way they can. My Dr is thorough, empathetic, extremely polite and always allows you all the time you need.

I have just been reading the reviews and was stunned by the negativity . I have been attending this medical centre for 5 years and have only experienced cheerful and helpful attitudes from the reception staff. My Dr. left and I moved to Dr Ban who has been fantastic through a period of intense activity. I suspect there are hundreds of satisfied patients out there and it is just the few who find a reason to complain.

Looked at the reviews and simply couldn't fathom them. I've been going here for a decade and have never had a rude receptionist, and always good service from the doctors. The receptionists don't ignore you, they simply have work to do first, so that they can then serve you. If they are speaking to you, they don't stop and answer the phone until they are finished with you. As to the waiting times, weekends aren't the best, but where is? Don't understand these reviews at all.

I have attended this pratice now for 16yrs and have had nothing but support, compassion, understanding and has been more than accommodating in emergency situations. I do prefer one particular Dr but I have also seen, with confidence, 2 other Dr's if he is not there. All of my family continues to attend this practice
and have been treated very professionally by all staff there.

This is an amazing medical centre. I have been going here through a fairly intense medical period to see Dr chua and have always had good experiences and support. The wait times can be significant some times especially with telehealth the call almost never comes on time and only once have I not recieved a call. However I would still reccomend it highly.

I have attended this Medical Centre for over 10 years now and have always found the Reception Staff and Doctors to be extremely friendly and professional. Recommended.

Nice friendly staffs. I was an hour early. Still they managed to pushed me through instead of making me wait.
