Ballina Yoga

I have been a student at Ballina Iyengar for > 3 years. The studio is an inviting and comfortable space. Helen is excellent in helping me develop my practice around my various body niggles. The workshops here are excellent too and a great way to deepen understanding and practice.

I have been attending regular classes at Ballina Yoga since moving to Ballina 5 years ago. The classes are absolutely fabulous and the wealth of knowledge & skill the teachers have is nothing short of outstanding. I would, and do, recommend this studio to anyone. Fantastic work girls x

The focus on alignment helped with back pain in just one session. Highly therapeutic style of practice which would suit anyone with injuries. Lyn is extremely knowledgeable and generous with her teaching. A rewarding class that I won't forget any time soon.

After 2 years of back pain Lyne took the time to work with my injury’s and 12 moths later I feel like a young kid again, flexible, energetic, more stamina, better balance and best of all no more nagging back pain. Thanks

Excellent knowledge and instruction.

Excludes clients that request invoice instead of credit card payment and accuses them of being a scam. Apparently invoicing is “most unusual” Lyn was completely uninterested in issuing an invoice for clients under the NDIS to have access to her facility. Extremely disappointing given yoga is such a great treatment and recovery method. Lyn says only people willing to make payment via credit card are entitled to access her classes.
