Atradius Collections

Hardworking, productive team. They helped me out a jam big-time! I recommend these guys for business to business debts.

We commenced working with Atradius Collections in February 2021. What started out as a promising relationships has unfortunately soured into a complete waste of time.

We loaded two debts with Atradius Collections: Case 1) $15000 (USD) and Case 2) $3000 (USD).

Case 1. From our perspective, Atradius Collections failed to respond in a timely manner, failed to provide accurate debtor documentation to solicitors and legal representatives acting on the case causing further delays to collection activity and as a result provided additional time for the debtor to arrange ways to dodge the collection on account.

Case 2. Partway through the collection process, while we did get some of the debt recovered through Atradius Collections, they eventually gave up and did not continue to pursue the account. While we can appreciate the debt amount was not large, we believe every customer of Atradius Collections should be treated with equal care, responsibility and professionalism.

Overall, throughout our relationship with Atradius Collections we have experienced broken promises, negligent administration, account manager changes and miscommunications, dismissive management when raising complaints about our experience that resulted in our account with Atradius Collections being closed.

Rather disappointing to experience a relationship with Atradius Collections where the only resolution offered void of an apology and ownership of the delays they have caused on our collection matters, was to close our account and remove us as a client.

For our records, we have maintained full chronology of the cases we loaded with Atradius Collections.

We have passed both cases back to another debt collection company in the United States who we have had a very positive relationship with and their recovery activity is both transparent, affordable and timely.

We cannot say the same for Atradius Collections and based on our experience over the past year we do not recommend.

Wasted months of my time not collecting a debt my business is owed.

They're not responsive and I had to actively follow them up by phone call to get anyone to do anything.

If you have a business which is owed debt, do not go to these guys. They're incompetent.
