Thank you Lima for a wonderful (and efficient!) experience helping me pick out two pairs of Scanlan jeans. Although it was very busy in-store, she still managed to help me out with sizing and providing honest opinions on sizing down :) As a mum of two small kiddos, shopping for new clothes can be overwhelming and intimidating. Lima was very kind and understanding. Thank you!

Unlike other reviews, my experience at the Strand Arcade store has always been positive. Staff has always been helpful which is why I specifically returned here today on a Thursday late night shopping.

Super disappointed to find out that it is not open.

Long standing customer of this label, having spent thousands of dollars with them. Very unhelpful staff in the store yesterday, when I asked for alternate sizes it was like pulling nails and had to go up from the change room to the counter to ask despite there being no other customers in store.

I love Scanlan Theodore & have a number of their pieces. But unfortunately similar to the concerns expressed below, the service is consistently terrible at this store. From the minute I walk, staff at rude & unhelpful.

I love this brand but the staff are arrogant and rude. I walked into the QVB store on Thursday 10th March at about 4pm and none of the 3 staff greeted me or even said hello. The store was not busy during this time. This is terrible customer service for a premium Australian brand that charges in excess of $1,000 for a piece of clothing.

Horrible return policy, we purchased an item and wanted to return literally in a couple of hours later, they didn’t accept
