I’ve bought so many great quality apparels from this store and the prices are really great. The checkout counter is easy to use and convenient for scanning and keeping track of items purchased.

The staff are all super helpful and always ready to assist customers. Well trained and friendly. Thank you for great service

Lots of staff around, all are helpful and friendly. Even though the store is huge, it feels quite crammed because of the number of people shopping. The change rooms had a long line when we were there on a Sunday afternoon, waited about 10minutes which is actually faster than expected. It's better stocked than most UNIQLO.

Wow what a customer service experience. A beautifully laid out store with quality items. You get greeted at the entrance and the whole buying experience is wonderful. The changing rooms are clean and tidy, there are always plenty of staff helping buyers. It makes you want to buy. Zara and Hype this is how you look after customers.

PLACE. Located on the second floor. Can be crowded. Sometimes there's long queue in fitting room.

SERVICE. Great customer service. There is free altering option for purchase over $50 which is great. There is self checkout available as well where it automatically scan your items just dropping them in the space provide. How cool.

CLOTHING ITEMS. It is impressive that there are varieties of colours and designs available. I love doing my shopping here. The materials used are not that bad compared with other known clothing line.

The staff there were very helpful but not too in your face which (as someone who works in retail) can appreciate. All the clothes are soft but well made. I’m still amazed when I go to use the self checkout. Also they have everything

The staff here are excellent. I lost my wallet in a fitting room and didn't notice until I was back at my hotel. I went in the next day and they had found it and kept it safe until I picked it up!

Japanese technology in the mix of materials and the weave is a smart way to market the clothing as well. This will become a go to shop for me from now on!

So many choices of male clothes for me. Anyway they sell some special shirts of japanese collection.

I want to thank the staff namely Chie in the alteration section. She is incredible! Even though she's super busy, she still mantain to serve me really well. My pants got wrongly alterated and she run to ask the manager if i could exchange to the new one since the wrong alterated pants is impossible to get fixed again. I got the new pants and she measure it again for me. Truly happy and appreciate her!

Shakira is a wonderful employee, she was so helpful with my exchange and she also offerd me some great recommendations similar to what I was searching for, which was great. Her customer service is renouned for the company culture.

Wow !! This was an amazing shopping experience ! I went to the store with no real plan but ended up buying all sorts of heat techs and jackets !! After few weeks of use and wash I really like the quality !! Heat techs are must try !! I especially enjoyed the checkout experience ! You just place your bag with all the items and it scans magically everything in 2 seconds and you can straight away pay !! First time I experienced it !! I would surely recommend you to visit !! Worth the time and money spent !! Keep it up

Great customer service, easy to use check outs and good variety of clothing. Good value.

Huge shop with an entrance at each end but registers only at the one end. We spent endless time walking to the exit only to find something else to buy them having to go back to the other end to pay. Aside from that first World problem, as usual, UNIQLO is AMAZING VALUE

Came first time and bought 12 items for $228. Such a variety of items for my children. Quality is always good and I’m very happy with my items, especially the cute snoopy tops. First time buying in store and it was crazy busy for the Saturday but managed ok. I was fascinated with the check out and how smart the cash register is to know exactly what was in my bag. Some crazy magic

Today I did my exchange for the very first time at this Uniqlo store. I was very impressed with the customer service quality that Vy L provided. Not only did she help me to finalize the whole exchange process, but she also always put a big smile on her face while she was doing it despite the fact that my exchange was actually complicated. This store is very lucky to have someone like her who is very dedicated to what she is doing and does the extra miles for the customer satisfaction. Thanks Vy L and everyone who was involved. Very busy and one of the largest Uniqlo store in Sydney area. Staff are efficient and helpful and the long cashier lines moves pretty fast. Good place to shop for simple casual clothing at reasonable prices.
