Shayla has recently helped me through my 4 week care plan tremendously. I came in with severe low back pain as well as neck stiffness. James was recommended to me by a friend who said James helped her after she’d tried different therapies. They saw me immediately and James released not just my thoracic area but trauma I had been carrying around for years in my neck. I just wished he’d put a mic on me so you could hear the extent of the release, it was loud!!! He has a Facebook page with clients he’s helped including me. I’m the one crying after my neck release. I highly recommend this practice and I’ve been to a few but this has been the first time I have felt like my issues are truly being addressed. Thank you James 🙏🏽
