Great camp near bruny island. $10 per night honesty box. Flush toilets with paper and sanitary bins. Bins around the site. Lots of space. Dumping point. Some picnic tables. Book exchange. Can get very windy though (warning to tent and rooftop people). Overall highly recommend as a stopping point. Fantastic views over the water and of bruny.

Beautiful, quiet little camp ground, owned and maintained by the local council. Right on the water looking out to Bruny Island. Easy spots to drive a caravan into. No power or water, but there's a black and a gray water dump. The beach is full of agates for all the rock hounds! Was going to stay three nights but ended up staying a fourth it was so nice. The public boat ramp is minutes away. All this for $5/night. A definite gem.

we love this little camp spot right on the water, always get a lovely sunset. it’s conveniently close to kettering and very affordable. the place gets pretty packed during peak times but you’re pretty likely to get a spot. toilets are reasonably clean and bbqs and playground right in front of the sites

Great camp-site with facilities. The donation box (for upkeep of the camp-site) is located on the side of the toiler block.
It's also dog 🐕 friendly.

Clean, grassed, flat and beautiful. At $5 a night (max stay 4 nights) and boasting pretty good fishing prospects and lovely walks, aren't we are blessed in Tasmania. Thank you Gordon.

Wonderful facility, well utilised & serene views, one of Tassie's best campgrounds, rates favourably with Mayfield Beach, in my opinion.

Great place to camp $5 a night per person toilets, dump point,
Can have campfires JD's just a 900 metre walk 2 plenty of blackberries to pick when it's time for them does get very full in high Peak season though school holidays Christmas things like that very popular place.
fish out towards the channel very good for gummy sharks and the odd elephant shark late into the evening and at night may get the odd flat head off there as well also have caught off the jetty elephant sharks late in the evening as well

Beautiful and quiet when we were there. Don’t forget to pay $5 into the honesty box. Toilets well maintained and that isn’t free! Be aware you need to drive anywhere to see anything. So for us with our rooftop tent it was only a one night stay, not somewhere to linger.
