Super impressed with shipping time from Europe. The packaging was totally amazing. I was very surprised how much effort was put in the packaging, free gift wrapping and engraving. Great online shopping experience for me. Nice easy simple surfing the website. For a high end brand it sure delivered the product.

I have been coming into the King Street Boutique for the past six months or so now. I find their team excellent to deal with and buy from. They are all highly respectful and show a great tenacity to learn to things about projects and services when complex questions is asked. I have recently been though the Bespoke nib process and if it was not for my dealings with Char and his genuine interest for writing instruments and his patience to listen to a customers needs. This is what customer service is for me and Char excels at it.

I attended today to buy some Mon Blanc refills and to clarify the authenticity of a pen I recently purchased on Market Place. Not only was I in awe of the utterly beautiful boutique, I was also taken aback by the exceptional staff too. Joel's knowledge and enthusiasm reminded me of a Les Clefs d'Or from a very high end Hotel. Nothing was a problem and indeed he was able to clarify my pen as authentic. Sandy too was very gracious in her demeanour and assisted as a true ambassador to the world famous Mon Blanc name.

I visited this store looking for help with an online order that arrived with a defect and was served by Janice. Not only did she help me with the utmost manner and respect, she has reminded me that a great in person experience will always far exceed the convenience of purchasing online. There was no hesitation from Janice as she was helping me and her attention to detail reassured me that I was in good hands. I was served by Joel, who did an amazing job helping my sisters and I pick a gift birthday present for my dad. He was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us some useful insight into the products. I was extremely impressed with his customer service and willingness to assist. He should be commended on his excellent service.

Fantastic customer service. I was served by Magali, her friendly demeanour and in-depth product knowledge was impeccable, the store manager (apology for not recalling your name) was also very helpful, together they make great ambassadors for Montblanc.

I went to Montblanc on King Street to buy a fountain pen to celebrate graduating from university.
The whole experience was wonderful. We were looked after by Carlos, who talked us through all the different options for the pen. He was very attentive and friendly. We spent a lot of time trying different pens, nibs and thicknesses until we had found the perfect pen. It was a lot of fun and I am really happy with the pen I ended up with!
Carlos also engraved the pen and embossed the case for me - and did a great job!
We honestly had the most wonderful time and would really recommend going in-store to buy a pen - the customer service, especially from Carlos, was so wonderful and made a big difference!

I’ve been frequenting this branch in particular for over an year, off and on every couple of months, every visit to this store is pleasant, the staff are extremely polite and delicate with customers, they are always willing to help and serve the customers to the best of their abilities, and never shy to allow potential customers to try out products. They are honest with their dealings and shortcomings if any.

I would highly recommend this branch, 10/10 will pay them a patronage just for their customer service alone. Returning the real reasons for a physical retailer to exist!

The manager and the rest of staff responded promptly to all my requests and they tried at their best to find the best solutions for me...I bought two fountain pens...5 stars people!

I had a great experience buying from Montblanc. The staff were very professional. I also exchanged my fountain pen nib. I was expecting several weeks for this to be done but it took just three days. I will be going back and looking forward to many years of use from my new pen. Particular thanks to Suman.

Suman and Claire helped me several times and I am very impressed with their wiliness and professionalism. These ladies are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will recommend the stores to friends and family to go to the King St store if they need any Mont Blanc products.

Brilliant service! Love it love it love it! Walked in on a Sundaywith family looking for a birthday present idea. The two sales ladies were exceptional in their attitude and were very warm towards my children. They took the effort to show us a variety of pens and explained the features. We said we'll think about it and actually later returned to purchase a pen.( decided the birthday gift will be a watch, but will also get a pen because we walked out the first time with a 'warm fuzzy feeling') The first visit the store was empty so we had their undivided attention of both ladies, when we returned the store again near closing time, it was very busy ( they now had 3 sales ladies in the store)But at the first instance the sales lady was available ( which was a few minutes that we had to wait) she came to us, she warmly remembered the pens we looked at several hours earlier. Served us with such enthusiasm and her colleague came over when available to also warmly interact with us all. (My children were by now tired from shopping all day, and were more hyper and tired - but the ladies never at any moment looked at them with irritation or distaint instead were just as happy to see then the second time round. Taking time to engage with them.) it is these little gestures and warm attitudes of front staff of any business that makes the experience amazing for customers! We bought a beautiful pen and asked for a box of refills to go as well, and the sales lady surprised us by offering to throw in the refills without charge! Small amount in terms of cost but Big value in terms of customer service! Will definitely return to get the AUGMENTED PAPER when it finally arrives in Australia! To the management of the store - you've got a winning team here!! Omega store down from you should pop in to learn a few vital lessons from your front sales team!!!
