Beautiful National Park. I was a bit disappointed with the bitumen camp sites but after 2 torrential downpours I was really happy to be able to keep out of the mud. Amenities are great, hot showers, free barbecues. Even the drop toilets are impeccable. Plenty of birds and small animals. Beautiful rocks.

Great national park with a lot of great bush walking treks. I did the Split Rock circuit (100 min) and the Breadknife-High Tops + Bluff Mountain circuit (17km, almost 5 hours). Great great lookouts!!!

A beautiful part of the world. Multiple hiking tracks of varying difficulty all within a short distance of eachother. Spectacular views all round with information plentiful at each stop. Definitely a great place to visit and one which me and my young family will visit again soon.

Incredibly beautiful park with great camp sites and hiking trails. Been there a few times now and can't wait to go back again. Also, highly recommend a trip to the observatory and to attend the guided tours with the awesome guys from Coonabarabran Stargazing, Branioc and Brodie, who are knowledgeable and passionate and just great fun!

One of the most spectacular natural wonders I have visited in Australia. The scenery is spectacular and very photogenic. This is a must add to the bucket list. Very highly recommended

Absolutely incredible place for Camping. Warrumbungal National Park is now one of my favorite National parks in New South Wales. We did two incredible hikes 17 km long and approximately 4 kms long. On our both hikes it rained for few hours. Being professional hiker in Nepal, we were wearing the appropriate clothing for hiking but still we got completely soaked inside out and top to bottom. Though the hike was just absolutely crazy beautiful. Unfortunately during the night we couldn't see much of the sky because of the cloud and rain.

Absolutely beautiful !! Great signage, facilities and most importantly stunning scenery and hikes.

BEAUTIFUL night sky - Australia only Dark Sky Park!

Blackman campground was great, hot showers and beautiful views.

Mount Bluff, Grand High Tops, Breadknife and Split Rock were all fabulous hikes.

Currently travelling around Australia in our VW van.

A beautiful park at what used to be a volcano area with interesting features. Great viewpoints from different locations within the park. Enjoyed our early spring bushwalk for a few hour loop out of Camp Pincham, weather was beautiful with warm temperatures. The Gould's Circuit, along the early part of the Grand Tops path, takes you to the Febar Tor (up a short scramble near the top) for an incredible 360 view of the park. A bit of climbing, but doable in three hours and well worth the fresh air.

Sandstone caves were also an enjoyable afternoon walk with beautiful features carved out by wind and rain. White gum lookout from closer to Siding Spring Observatory has a particularly good viewpoint of the park's features. Would love to return and camp out for a few days, especially given the spectacular dark sky park viewing.

I could stay here for weeks just for the stars. It’s beautiful and feels completely different to the other national parks closer to Sydney.

This is a terrific park, plenty of walks and trails. Camp sites are set out well so you still have some privacy. Toilets and showers were spotless.

We did the circuit walk round the bread knife, high tops and up bluff mountain, from pincham car park. Saw loads of goats, roos and wallabies, two red bellies, eagles, clouds of butterflies. Pleasingly hard work getting round and stunning views everywhere. Probably the best bush walk we've ever done.

We went to Warrumbungle to watch a metor shower, and had one of the best times.
Beautiful night sky, our allocated camp spot had a table and bench and our own wooden fire BBQ. Plenty of space around for everyone too.
There are laundry facilities and 5min piping hot showers! Which was great as we went during the end of July and it was freezing.
Staff at the information centre were approachable and friendly.
Plenty of walking tracks to pick from.
I also had mobile reception alot of the tine (Optus as the provider)
