We recently engaged the services of The Ballina Bathroom Co to renovate our Bathroom and Laundry in our home.
We are still absolutely thrilled with the final result and furthermore we are just as thrilled in our choice of using The Ballina Bathroom Co. to undertake the job for us.
Dave & Rosie and their Team of Trades were Professional, Punctual and Patient while discussing options & choices with us. Dave and Rosie clearly communicated all aspects of our job with us while working in our home over the duration and made it pretty well stress free while we went about our normal day to day activities.

It is an absolute pleasure to write this review. If we could rate more than 5, we would. Dave and Rosie managed and did the renovations of our ensuite and main bathroom recently. Not only did they do an awesome job, but they were an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, listened to and never hesitated to accommodate our needs and wishes and were patient and flexible with competing jobs being done on the property at the same time. They were spot on in meeting and exceeding our design brief and it was all done within budget and the agreed timeframes. We are so 'over the moon' happy with the end results and would not hesitate to recommend Ballina Bathroom Co for any remodels or renovations. Ballina Bathrooms, Dave Outerbridge, has just completed my bathroom renovation. I absolutely love the renovation. From the commencement to completion Dave was across all aspects of the job. He went over and above in every detail of the renovation. Rosie, Dave's wife, came when the renovation was completed and undertook a clean. Every step was achieved with quality and professionalism. An absolute pleasure doing business with Dave and Rosie and their team. They were highly professional and friendly, with excellent attention to detail, and I now have a gorgeous new ensuite bathroom which is more than I had wished for. Only problem is, I stand in the shower too long, admiring the wonderful tiles and workmanship.
They have also just completed my new kitchen which I looks absolutely amazing! Again, attention to detail and their recommended product quality, with a great team of tradesmen, keeping my up to date with the next part of the build made the whole experience fun!

Dave was kind, honest and patient with us. This was our first renovation and it was very overwhelming. Dave helped us make style and design choices and was easy to get in contact with if I had any questions. I would use him again if we decide to renovate another bathroom.

From start to finish of our bathroom, laundry and toilet renovation Dave was professional, knowledgeable, he listened to us and offered advice in order to achieve a fantastic result....one which exceeded our expectations. We were away for two weeks of our renovation, and Dave kept in touch with us regularly giving us updates and sending us photos so we could see how our renovation was progressing. Dave was recommended to us and I couldn't be happier with the result. Dave is friendly, approachable and willing to discuss different options. I wasn't the best at explaining things, yet Dave always listened and offered ideas which I would never have thought about. His attention to detail is amazing!
We didn't have an alternative shower, so he set us up with an outdoor camping shower for the duration of the build which saved us financially.
At the end of each day, he ensured the worksite was tidy and clear, which meant a lot to us, as we have young children.

Dave and his tradies did a fantastic job on the bathroom renovation for my elderly parents. He had to convert the outdated bathroom to a fully accessible shower room. The finished job has certainly helped in providing a safer and more accessible bathroom and toilet.
