Ubud Indonesian Restaurant

Loved the food here. The service was phenomenal. Had me and my boyfriend laughing at the table. Ordered Nasi Goreng, Beef Rendang and some rice. Some Entree aswell

This is not our first time here. Today is breakfasting with colleagues from office #ramadhan. Good place to hang out with familes and friends. Our must have menu is mie goreng. Now you can find "wedang ronde" and "durian ice cream" in their dessert menus. Must try!

Really enjoyed the food here and will be back again. Highly recommend the Sate Manis Sapi and the Ubud Rijsttafel is an excellent sampler of many different Ubud dishes.

Authentic setting with friendly, attentive staff and great food. Caters for large groups with no need for a set course. BYO and beers and wines on the menu. Duck pancakes are delicious but a bit skimpy on the duck, the Beef Rendang curry also another winner. Really enjoyed dining here

The cozy and warm place was so nice to have a meals. Their foods tasted so great! Fine dining with a cheap price.

Great experience. Authentic decor throughout. Menu has traditional meals. Staff were very friendly and we received our food quickly. Highly recommend the Martabak Telor and prawn spring rolls for entree and highly recommend beef rendang, chicken curry and Nasi goreng for mains. Excellent food. BYO, cater to small and large groups with a set menu option.

Food is amazing , just the calamari wasn't that special

Ate at Ubud for the umpteenth time last Saturday. Definitely the best Indo food in Sydney. Was told there was a bit of a staffing issue and meals may be a little slower. All 12 fed and extremely happy.
David and his son, Kevin, are excellent hosts and I always feel at home there

The food was impeccable, the ambience was cozy and Indonesian authentic, and David the owner truly has a great hospitality. Even my nephew who normally didn't comment on the food said "this is truly yum!" Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to experience Indonesian authentic food and have a nice gathering.

This restaurant feels as you are back in Bali.even the walk to the bathrooms is a joyful experience

The staff were great and the food delicious. We have a mixture of many dishes including gado gado, which was outstanding, vegetable curry, chicken kapitan and nasi goreng.

The wine list is a very very good too and affordably priced

David is such a great owner - makes you feel right at home. Closest thing I got to authentic Indonesian cuisine in Sydney. I’m from Bali and going inside definitely reminded me of being back in Ubud. Also a great place for functions - they’re very accommodating and it’s a beautiful venue!

We went for dinner on Valentine’s Day and had the $90 banquet. The food was excellent and the ambiance was enjoyable, the service was truely outstanding! The staff are so friendly and happy it really made the whole meal extra special.

Took the family to Ubud tonight. Was recommended by a colleague. Not only was the food and service exceptional, the owner David was a wonderful host. Outstanding evening.

Great Food, great environment and one of the best wait staff team. David was super funny, helpful and entertaining and took our dinner experience to new heights. LOVED IT

The friendly and attentive service coupled with the delicious food made us feel like we were back home having a warm, home-cooked meal. We had the kangkung, martarbak, and beef rendang. The latter was our favourite and the side of sambal took the meal from good to fantastic. We'll be back.

Went here as a last minute dinner, although it was late they still welcomed us warmly. Food was delicious, and David is a super host. Highly recommend!!

One of the rare indo restaurants in Sydney with comfortable, classy seating options. food is top notch, and David the owner is very hospitable. will be back.

I have visited this restaurant at least 20 times in the past 8 years and I can honestly say in all this time, I (we) have never had anything other than delicious tasting meals that are so reasonably priced ($20 to $30 a head) for a 3 course meal and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Would have to go a long way to beat this one.
