Everything was so lovely about this lunch spot. The service straight away was amazing and the vegan options (yay more than one) were delicious!

Went for a ride out with the wife and a mate, stopped in here for a bit of a feed, and was blown away at the prices and quality of the food as both were great!

Service was amazing, plenty of options, and the chilli aioli sauce was amazing.

I'll be sure to stop in again on my next ride or drive past!👌

Thank you Jo. Compliments to the chef... a small menu done to perfection. Table service was attentive and pleasant. Thank you for making Dad's birthday lunch awesome... I think he's now in love with your hummus. Blessings

Food, music, ambiance 100%. Will definitely be back. I love that the menu is limited, both options were yummy.

Myrtle and Stone located in Wollombi was a perfect stop for breakfast. We couldn’t resist the scones with jam and cream. Coffee and food were delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Inside and outside (heaters) seating available.

I was in Hunter Valley this week and had earlier chanced upon good reviews of this place. Decided to make the trip from Pokolbin and indeed Myrtle & Stone doesn’t disappoint. Ordered a Mocha and had a Tofu Scramble on toast with Mushrooms for lunch. The whole place is extremely charming and I’m glad to have visited.

A very nice place with seating inside and out. Favourite among bikers. Good food, great coffee, great ambience, excellent music, priced well.

Accessible ramp and toilet.

Just say ‘fantastic’ to receive special service.

Literally one of the best cafes I’ve ever been too!!! Travelling from Sydney and the food was beautiful, delicious and quick. Milkshake was 10/10 and service was so lovely also! Definitely a must go even if you’re just driving through.

Set in a classic building (150 years old), this place features friendly staff and country charm. We came during a flood with half the town cut off and most staff couldn't make it, but they managed to make everything we wanted.

Absolutely lovely and look forward to visiting again

Note: many of the negative reviews are from the previous owners. The owner and staff are friendly and nice

Absolutely lovely. The staff/owner were really friendly. We had the scones and they seriously would be the best scones I have ever had. If you are in the area it is well worth the time to stop and grab a bite to eat. We will definitely be going back next time we are here.

Well worth the drive - perched on the high side of the street, this charming cottage revealed a very welcoming business! We were warmly welcomed and looked after our every need - even provided with insect spray as we chose to sit on the verandah. Meals were generous and delicious- even grabbed lemon myrtle scones with jam and cream to go! Highly recommend a visit.

This is a lovely cafe all-round. We were so glad we ended up here pretty much unplanned, on our way to Hunter. The location itself is beautiful, both outdoor and indoors. Very well maintained. (Shame I haven’t got any pics) The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was a busy day when we went and with kids, they were every helpful, and to add to that I’m a dairy and wheat intolerant person. They were very patient in accommodating our demanding order with many conditions :). Scones were awesome I heard from my wife and little one! And my gluten free cake was top notch too.
My daughter fell in love with the place, so much so that she insisted we come there for lunch the next day on our way back. And we did but unfortunately the place was so busy that they weren’t able to coop up so had to settle with a quick lunch.

Will not miss this place if/when I head back to Hunter again (of course the route 33 as well)

Really great cafe, beautiful spot, nice coffee as well as freshly squeezed OJ. In a group 8 people who all got different menu items, there wasn't any complaints which is pretty good odds!

Love the vibe here - it's a great feel good place. The new owners have made a perfect renovation. Sweet light bright touches everywhere. Very friendly staff & good food with gluten free & alternate milk options. Wheelchair access & disability toilet avail. Loved it!!

Came here on a hot and busy public holiday. Gorgeous spot with extensive outdoor deck area where you can sit, and a lovely little bar that looks out onto the horses and rolling hills in the distance. The service was very slow (it took a long time to receive our food), but it was packed. We tried the two salads on their menu with added house hot smoked salmon and grilled chicken. They were so good! The hot smoked salmon was incredibly delicious and melt in your mouth. Both salads were made with love and care and each ingredient was fresh and high quality. Can't wait to be visiting Wollombi again so we can stop by. Thanks!

Beautiful spot on the high side of the Main Street of Wollombi. Beautiful food, generous portions and reasonably priced. Garden bar out the back which we didn’t sit in but looked nice. Will definitely visit again.

We loved our afternoon tea here. Coffee is amazing, and all in our party are serious coffee aficionados... as good as the best in Sydney. The scones were the real thing, made on the premises and served with real cream and home-made jam. They lightness was enhanced by a slight lemony tang. Can't wait to come back and stay a night so we can sample all meals. The menu looks so appetising. Service is so friendly and the beautiful setting and lovely old building really enhanced the entire experience. Not to be missed.

Call in at Myrtle and Stone where you are certain of a warm welcome and an excellent breakfast, or later in the day great cocktails (the Gin Sour was my favourite). Thank you Adam and staff for your hospitality

We always had good meals here including the breakfast we had on the last long weekend. Scrambled eggs was tasty with butter flavour and the sides were good too. The staff are friendly, not super fast, but friendly. Have motorcycle parking area right in front. Prices are reasonable.
