We got some burger and chips here which were delicious. The chips were soft and slightly crispy but salted perfect. The burger was large and very generous. We also loved the coffee. It’s a place with decent prices for food, we did have to wait a while for our food but the service was still friendly.

Fantastic food and great coffee! It was so nice to see an art gallery at the place. Super kind staff! When coming back to Hunter Valley will definitely stop there.

Went in with a group of four ordered beef gravy roll , sausage sandwich , hamburger and a egg and bacon roll . Always nice to have a place that cooks old fashioned well cooked food . By the way I went back the next day for a bacon and egg sandwich with chips and gravy and again it was spot on . ........thanks

Awesome food, coffee and service. Wasn’t expecting much from the place but the food and coffee were really good. Also the warm heater and inner seating makes it better. Hidden gem.

We stopped here quickly after our walk at Wollomombi and what a delight. The guy who made our wraps (delicious) was so nice and let us warm up by the fire. Food and service was so good. Thanks

Passed through Wollombi last weekend and bought a coffee from the general store.
They were particularly busy but were really friendly and the coffee was great.
We didn’t eat there but the food we saw being served looked delicious.

Excellent coffee, great service and fantastic breakfast. Don’t worry about the Economic Problem, I kindly explained it to everyone so the young man is no longer in the dark.

Highly recommended.

Great people. Great food. Great Coffee. Locally produced jams, chutneys and honey. Everything you need for on the road groceries. It’s even a Post Office. The backbone of Wollombi. Love it.

Good place to visit in Wollombi. They have most of the day today need items to cater for travellers going through this area. Then Cafe area catering for breakfast and lunch.
