The medical centre is very busy and yes there is a long wait time which happens in most busy medical centres but overall doctors are great and Houda and Samar are always going over and beyond to help everyone.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Yagoona Family Healthcare Centre. The level of care and compassion I received from the entire team was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the expert guidance of the doctors, I felt well-cared for every step of the way. The facility itself is pristine and modern, creating a soothing atmosphere. I left the Centre with not just improved health but also a renewed sense of confidence in their exceptional medical care. It is a very good Medical Centre and has exellent customer service. I always call to get appointment time and when i come at the time, i just wait for a little bit and then i see the doctor. The doctors are very lovely and very helpful, Doctor Intisar and Doctor Lina. All my family deals with this Medical since it opened, never had any problem.

Dr Intisar Abdelgayoom is amazing. Full of knowledge. I recommend this doctor to everyone.

Best medical centre in Sydney. The waiting times can be long but the centre is very busy and all staff try their best to help and make every patient’s visit as smooth as possible.

The receptionists Samar, Houda and Gabriel are the best. They’re friendly, accomodating and hard working. Not to mention they’re all extremely funny!

Visited the medical centre a few times, there is a long wait to see a doctor specially doctor Lina , but it is a busy medical centre and to be honest I’ve never had an issue with any of the doctors and the two girls at the reception Houda and Samar are always friendly and working like machines to assist everyone. I do recommend to visit the place but maybe to call first to see the wait time

Receptionists are very sweet, despite the busy nature of the work load. Dr Lina is the best doctor, has diagnosed me for many conditions. Wahaj and Samar always go over and beyond for any patients concern. Do not recommend Doctor Mounther, very arrogant and careless Doctor. if it wasnt for him i wouldve said best medical centre in sydney

Took my daughter today for an iron infusion. Fantastic service. The receptionist’s were lovely and the practice nurse was wonderful. I highly recommend this medical centre

Where do I start, Dr Lina is the most amazing, professional, caring and has great attention to detail. Dr Lina helped me change my health for the better especially dealing with painful grief. Wahaj the beautiful lady at reception is an angel she has a heart of gold she always goes over and beyond to help everyone. I highly recommended this clinic.

Sorry can't remember their names, but how friendly, and very helpful they are!!
I have to say that If life is hard, with them all three they make it easy!
Also If I am not feeling well and I had to go to the clinic (before covid) or if I call During Covid lockdown, they make me feel better after their understanding and respect.

The nurse yesterday for my vaccine was very professional and I didn’t feel the injection at all!

I am sharing my experience with everyone, cause I had the best result from doctor mother,his well knowledge and experience shown every time I see him,and he reffered me to top specialist to continue my treatment,receptionist and the lab staff are good too,I don't know about other doctors there cause Dr mother's the only one I see, and I will advise everyone to go there

In fact, it is one of the best services and the clinic is wide and the deal is very beautiful and everyone’s a wonderfully without exception, but in my opinion the best is Dr. Intissar Abdel Gayoom really has experience and gives right and every time I want to go for her and I need benefit In health or in bad situations she gives me the best In her deserved work.

Dr. Intisar and the receptionists are extremely professional. Highly recommend.
