Medispring Family Medical Centre

We selected this Medical Centre for our first AstraZeneca vaccination. Booking online was very good and we completed the necessary forms easily. Today, the reception staff were friendly and efficient and the nurse administering our injections the same. All ran to time, we waited our obligatory 15mins and booked our next appointment in twelve weeks which were quickly confirmed by emails. A very simple and easy process. Thanks to all involved.

Very friendly receptionist Sam & Tanya and the sister was amazing, especially with my very nervous 8yr old.
Every time I ring for an appointment I always get one in the same week I rang. Both doctors I have seen in this practice are always very professional.

Have been using this practice for many years. Have watched it grow from a small medical outlet to quite a busy one supporting three doctors & helpful staff. Would not change though you often have to wait these days to get an appointment. Price of being a good medical practice , I guess.

Even tho I am from out of town, Sam got me in the same day to fit my travel plans. I will be eternally grateful for the compassion shown, their empathy and their professionalism. I’ve heard about country hospitality - and this was above and beyond. 🙏🏼

The first vaccine was pretty painless. I haven't noticed any soreness in my arm or any other symptoms. The only thing that annoys is having to wait another 6 weeks for the rest of the vaccine.

Had a fantastic experience with Medispring Medical - initially for our Covid jab, they accommodated my husband at short notice due to wet weather, they explained the whole process - we are under 60 and requested Astrozenica ! From reception, doctor and then nurse all receive a 5 Star from us ! We will be back for 2nd and for all our other medical requirements! Thanks
