Luke was a legend. We are on a road trip but had an auxiliary battery issue. He was happy to look at car straight away, diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road very quickly. Such a can-do attitude with a smile. We are very happy customers.

Broken down. Alternator failed. NRMA towed me there.
They where busy that day. Would do my car next day.
But, they looked at my car that day fixed the problem. Saved me a stack of cash. Honesty plus. Great people. Could not be happier.

Called with an issue, our caravan had no lights, no 12volt power and we had our grandchildren with us so no TV or working fridge was a major issue. A service technician was dispatched within the hour, diagnosed a minor issue within minutes and we offered $20.00 to compensate for the call out as it was one loose nut on an electrical board. Seems the shocking state of the local roads is playing havoc with travellers and loose nuts and fittings due to the constant bumping in pot holes is driving all who travel this area mad. Great job, quick call out and they ensured we were good to enjoy our stay.

If I could give 10 out of 10 I would!! I rang 40 minutes out of Cowra with a issue with power to my caravan and Sam and Brian said they are extremely busy but to come pass and see how they can help. Shane diagnosed the issue pretty much straight away and also sorted out our fridge issue not working when traveling. Thank you again for helping us out today, we are just so thankful!!
