Great attentive customer service, fantastic location right at the waters edge. Good atmosphere - on a weekday it’s not overcrowded. Decent pricing, standard cafe not touristy rip-off costs.

Great location, netted of swimming area directly in front (if you want to keep an eye on the kids). Fish and chips were nice.

It’s a lovely cafe next to Watsons Bay library. The outdoor seating is great with the stunning view of Sydney Harbour Bridge. My kids would love this cafe next to the library. Awesome space for kids too.

Staffs are friendly and my piccolo is great 😊. It’s a cafe provided counter service and seating free area. Menu is on the chalkboard inside the cafe. You can ordered your drinks first and take a photo of the menu board to choose the food you like.

Lovely day out for us. Thumbs up 👍

Admittedly, we were there on a glorious sunny day, which certainly helped with the experience. That aside, the uninterrupted views of Watson's Bay were stunning, the garden was relaxing, the service was good and the reasonably priced food was delicious.

Great food (fresh and a diverse asortiment)! Amazing location and view. Lovely interior. Staff is extremely friendly. I was allowed to create my own juice which was incredibly tasty. Once the staff noticed my juice was missing one of the requested fruits, they solved it immediatly. Again, very kind and caring staff. Would recommend!

This is a lovely quiet cafe with a great view of Watson's Bay. Nicola the owner is friendly and always says hello to everyone. We ordered a Prosciutto cotto and funghi (ham and mushroom) pizza and chips. Will visit this cafe again

Such a beautiful spot for a coffee and to enjoy the view. Very limited parking but a great spot to spend the morning.

We're locals. There is nothing else like this in Watson's Bay. When you're tired of the overpriced, mediocre, tourist trap pub/fish & chip establishments, try the Baithouse. You won't be disappointed. No milling crowds, good value, wonderful location and views, friendly staff and great food (the scones are to die for).

What a lovely pleasant little cafe with wonderful view overlooking the bay and the Harbour Bridge.
Plenty of choices of tea, coffee etc
Served by a very lovely waitress. We only had tea and cake but it was so delicious.
If I return to Sydney. This little gem is top of my list.

We love this place! Best location and everything is fresh and homemade daily. The Italian guy who owns it makes the most delicious desserts. Always friendly service with a smile. Highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

This is a really great little cafe. Well worth the short walk along the foreshore away from the other noisy & expensive restaurants. Beautiful setting, lovely icecream and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this cafe. Such friendly staff, incredible food, beautiful views of the water. I’d have stayed all day if I could have. Even got a visit from the local cockatoo, popping in for her daily walnuts. Just the most perfect spot. Thank you.

A group of 7 came for Lunch on a busy Sunday during the long weekend. With no booking, staff were able to get us seated with a short wait, which we were happy to do as the place was packed. The view was wonderful, as we were at the front overlooking the water, with great city views, but to be honest, unless you’re inside, you will have a good vista. Waitress took our drinks order as menus were provided, and shortly after took orders. Food wise we had fish and chips, tuna salad and a pizza, as well as the salmon and swordfish, which were actually not on menu, but were suggested. The swordfish was the best I’ve had and the accompanying chips and salad made for a very filling meal. All the food was great, and came out to our table more or less at the same time. Value for money I thought was quite reasonable and overall a great time was had by all, we payed by credit card, and that was not an issue despite what I had read with some whining about the ATM and cash only, we had no such issue. All in all, for a cafe experience, this is amongst one of the best you can have

Would go back again to see if it is consistent and would recommend.

Tip. Plan and make a reservation, and also check for any off menu items.

Will be back, as I’ve heard there is a Lobster Burger coming to the menu soon
