Ian and his team at Northlands Automotive are fantastic. This is the best service garage I have come across in WA so far in every way. Their customer service skills are excellent, prices very reasonable and they are very honest. Ian explains everything in detail and him & his team go out of their way to resolve any major issues. They also have a courtesy car which you can book in advance. I will not be taking any of my or my family's cars anywhere else in future and I will be recommending them to all my friends. I am so glad I found them, if you are looking for a garage, don't go anywhere else !

A motor servicing and repair business that is small enough to give personal, friendly, thorough advice, followed by an excellent servicing job, necessary replacements made & advice for what may be needed in the future. This was a service at 250,000+ks on my 2008 Hyundai i30 diesel. I highly recommend Ian Watson & his team.

Excellent service and customer care from start to finish. This was my second experience with Northlands Automotive for a routine 60,000km service of my VW Tiguan. Steve helped me keep my service costs to an absolute minimum by providing excellent technical advice. I was also given a very nice courtesy vehicle for the day at no cost. Steve has set a very high standard for quality service and customer care at Northlands Automotive and I can't imagine going anywhere else for all my vehicle needs in the future. I have been going to Northlands Automotive for almost 20 years now completing logbook servicing on various cars and 4WDs that I have owned. I have recommended them to many friends and family that now also use them regularly. I thoroughly recommend Ben and Steve to look after your car with the best customer service and price that you'll find anywhere.

TLDR: Best service I've ever experienced, I never want to take my car anywhere else and 100% recommend this place. I have been looking for a place this genuine and professional for the 8 or so years I've had my car.

After 5 weeks of a relatively horrible experience at another place, I decided to cut my losses and hope for the best here.
I now not only needed my air conditioner fixed, but a service and my speedometer fixed as it would just show a speed of 0 no matter how fast I drove and how much fuel I had was showing constant fluctuation.

Over the phone it sounded promising, the bloke was really nice and seemed confident! He booked me in for later that week per my request, which impressed me too especially after being messed around so much before that.

I took my car in for 7.30am when they opened. He checked my number which is something that hadn't happened at the other place. Shortly after, I actually received a call regarding an approximate price and what they were going to do and after getting the all-clear, my car was ready to be picked up by 2pm.

He'd checked over my car completely, even replacing a bulb I hadn't realised had gone out, did full safety checks and completely fixed my car. I did request my air conditioner to be re-gassed too when I picked my car up, and about an hour later that was done too.

I had mentioned to SEVERAL car servicing places previously about my check engine light being on, and had been brushed off, or told it didn't matter, or that it was something that just needed to be "switched off." I genuinely forgot to mention it this time, after so many times having fallen on deaf ears, but when I got my car back, it had been fixed, and he explained to me why it was on in the first place. This is the exact service that I have been looking for since driving my car for the past 8 years.

In my opinion it was all super reasonably priced, far less than I'd expected and - my favourite part - is that he kept parts he replaced to show me, and explained to me in relative detail what was actually wrong with my car and how he fixed it, rather than making me feel like things were brushed over, incomplete, or that I'm too daft to understand because I don't know much about cars. So not only did my car get fixed, but I learned something too. And I wasn't expecting my car to have been cleaned and vacuumed either, but it had been! Such a lovely surprise.

I was pretty dumbfounded at the speed and professionalism to be honest, I really wanted to buy the bloke a 6 pack of beers to say thanks. I likely will when I return for my next service or issue, I never want to go to anywhere else to have my car looked after again!

Superb service from Steve and Ben. We have been to them for our two cars a Mitsubushi and a Terracan. He has gone above and beyond to help us fix the cars and offer advice. I would really recommend Northlands to anyone needing a car service.

Got my Hyundai Getz serviced here and couldn't fault the customer service. Was reasonably priced and the mechanic showed me the parts he had replaced when I picked it up. Went back for another car problem and received the same high quality service. Highly recommended!

Really good Service. I took my FG XR6T in for a Logbook service and Mick was very thorough, I noticed he checked everything on the Ford Checklist and let me know of the results of the checks aswell. Good Service, Advice all round this is a highly reccomended workshop. If you have a car that you need logbook servicing done on, this place is your next stop.

Excellent customer service, 60,000km service on our Ford Ranger, the guys fitted us in at very short notice, it's difficult to find a good workshop when you're travelling, we highly recommend these guys.

Driving my car I found it overheated so i searched and went to nearest repair shop and it was here. Mechanic was kind and he called me to tell what it is like after fixing it and my car is still working good. I was lucky that nearest shop was this one when i got problem.

Really cannot recommend these guys enough. Great service, great advise, great workmanship & great price! Cheers guys. Will def send everyone your way!
