Every-time I walk into the branch to get my weekly coins Shereen and her accomplices keep telling me to do this survey and review - I’ve been going here for 60 years and they keep poookin me about it - but overall good service apart from that they won’t let me take out 2 mil for for chance to win tatts lotto

First time going into a branch, was a very good experience, need more staff due to the amount of customers coming in at a time, waited an hour long but staff are very nice after all the wait. Would recommend people come as it is worth your time

I had trouble with my everyday banking plus I got hacked - was very stressful day for me but then went into Mentone CBA and staff were very understanding of my situation and helped me. Thanks mentone!

I visited the branch a few weeks ago for a last minute Bank Cheque. The team were very helpful and friendly and made the process very easy 😊

Absolutely lovely team! After multiple attempts to sort out our business account at Southland, I was pleasantly surprised to get everything sorted at the Mentone branch. I went on a Thursday arvo and it wasn't that busy and got to speak to the branch manager to sort things out.

Amazing customer service. Thank you for assisting me when I experienced some issues so close to going on a holiday. I was anxious, but you kept me calm and quickly resolved my concerns

I saw other reviews and TBH was a bit tentative about attending the branch. I could not have been more impressed. Brief wait but great service (Lydia) for a complex & involved business property settlement transaction with loads of paperwork and then then subsequent support from the teller (Bryan). Thank you team, I will be back!!

A cheat atm

I believe that the Commonwealth Bank invested 3.9 billion into the fossil fuel industry last year. 3.9 BILLION! As a customer and a person who cares about the future and the "common wealth" in which we all share, that investing in renewable projects is in the best interests of everyone. Coal and other fossil fuels have had their day and we can't keep propping them up when better and cleaner options are available right now. Comm Bank could be a world leader by supporting clean energy solutions.

I found a mobile telephone out the front of this Commonwealth Bank. Thinking that they would have sense of community and willingness to help I asked to hand the phone in there. I couldn’t have been more mistaken. They refused. Even though the Commonwealth bank is meant to be a service provider - one thing they do not provide is customer service to their community. They suggested i take it to the nearest police station. Miles away. An opportunity for this business to shine was not taken.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life, time to change banks. Shereen is very nice but the male manager and other girls who work there have horrendous attitudes. would give 0 if possible.
