The Body Shop

I came to Canberra for a day and visited your store. I had a wonderful experience with a young girl who took the time to find the right products for my skin. He gave me all the information I needed about the brand, that I could refill the jars, etc... I visited your store in Sydney and the experience was second to none.

Had a lovely experience in the shop Friday evening, I was looking to buy a present for my boyfriend for Christmas and she was so quick to help me choose a fragrance for him and when I was about to buy the products she decided to add some free mask sachets for me as she didn’t want me leaving the store empty-handed. I just thought this was so nice of her because it made my day as I really didn’t think to buy anything for myself. thank you so much! I also work in retail and this is the definition of good customer service💕

The best customer experience I have ever had!! The lovely Emily was so incredibly knowledgeable. She spent so much time with my friend and I, making sure we left with all of the information we needed. She took us through all of the products best suited to us and was genuinely more concerned with giving us the right products rather than making a sale. So incredibly impressed with her depth of knowledge and genuine pleasure and pride she took in her job. Can’t recommend the staff or shopping experience enough.

Great in store experience. Went in to buy something for my husband and asked a question of the assistant. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with specific questions I had. Once again reminded why I keep coming back to the Body Shop.

Awesome shop. I purchased all that I needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was I look forward to my next visit when in Canberra. it's the first shop I go to when in Canberra.

I had to get some gifts for my friends. Body shop Canberra centre is a place I love not only for their products but also for the staff who are customer friendly and are always willing to help you. Their strawberry body wash is too good. Jasmine, white musk are my favourites.

I feel good when I am coming in there . Also this is one of the good brand in world . Every time when I am in coming in here I am buying lots of products.

I went here yesterday on my break and one of the ladies I didn't get her name but she was amazing and so nice I will definitely be back!! Plus my purchase smells friggin amazing black mush and not expensive!!

It's a small store but still has most products and is clean, welcoming and well labelled with very helpful and friendly staff.
