Absolutely love this store. Love the staff, love the organization of the store and think the quiet hour on a Tuesday morning is a fantastic idea as my daughter struggles with high sensory situations. WOW! This woolies is so neat and tidy! All shelves stocked up with every product facing forward and looks amazing!!! Happy to shop here everyday! Absolutely lovely happy smiling staff! I even spoke to the manager and gave him my good feedback!

I’ve been using the direct to boot shopping service since November last year and it is absolutely fantastic! Everything has always been correct and if they are out of stock they will substitute the item.
In terms of the store itself it’s always stocked really well and has good clearance prices.

Smiled, waved and interacted with my daughter as well as showing us where to find a piece of fruit for her.

Hi on Wed 1st June hubby & I did our usual shopping for the fortnight and was accidently overcharged by $270 for our shopping, we didn't realize it until weekend when we checked the Bank balance, today Mon6th June hubby went to your store and was given a refund of $270. This was just a quick visit to get a bottle of coffee. Store layout was clean and tidy with good aisle signage throughout. Did notice quite a few self serves not working.

I use to work in a supermarket many many years ago, and I must say with someone having a bit of ocd, the amount of satisfaction I got walking in this morning seeing all the stock lined up perfectly like with a ruler, was soooo good, and everyone working so hard, register ladies so happy and friendly, not always what you get at most stores for 7.30am on a Saturday morning! Could someone please constructively get it through to the supervisors/shelf fillers/night packers. Biscuits in the biscuit isle DONT survive as well as potato chips and nuts etc.

Those biscuits got made by workers (yes and machines) packaged, transported palletised most likely to the supermarket in fine condition, only for you to constantly (I’ve watched you numerous times), throw complete bulk boxes down at the floor.

I know the old tale of broken biscuits don’t count, but if you keep breaking them all (which we pay for with our hard earned money by the way) the supermarket may just decide that you dont count either…

twice recently, was able to have a home delivery. both times spot on time, messaged to tell me it was on its way, turned up and placed on step with politeness and care. Well done and thank you, a frdge full and plenty of fresh fruit and vegies. I'm a happy person today!

staff members Xander, Scott, sahil and kai all have served me over the past month and are absolutely lovely and kind to everyone they come across. really do deserve a raise. best woolies in Australia

This is by far the best Woolies ! The shelves are fully stocked and beautiful displayed, so best and tidy! I feel like I’m on a movie set, and just stare down the aisles admiring them haha
