This is a great repair shop.

They fit us in whenever we need them.

I recently had a leak in my fuel line and was leaking fuel. They made space for me immediately.

They diagnosed the issues sent me a video of it for me to see what it was with a quote and then completed the work after i had approved it.

We service our business cars here and have been happy with the quality of the service. For the last service they recorded a video showing all parts of the car and explaining condition and their recommendations. They usually quote a long list of repairs and then we discuss and decide which are the most important to do. In terms of price there was no difference between Hyundai service centre and Auto Masters for us.

Fantastic service from Nathan. We came with several issues due to a previous bad repair and he was realistic and super helpful. Managed to get it running in a week. Price was good too. We really felt like he was paying attention to our engine and sharing with us anything he noticed/ work he did. Would definitely recommend.

My park brake snapped and these guys booked us in when many others had no room. Super efficient, excellent same day repair for a good price - but best of all - the car (which truly was incredibly dirty from 3 teenagers and serial neglect) was returned totally vacuumed and clean as a whistle. Above & beyond. I’m almost glad my brake broke. 🙌🙏🙂

Car didn't start the engine right around the corner, didn't know what to do. Decided to buy a battery, while walking to the buss stop spotted Automasters, went to ask if they selling batteries and told my problem- reception lady was kind to help me to identify the problem by sending one of the auto masters to check the car. Long story short - car fixed, working personal kind to help in emergency situation with good attitude. 5 star rating !!

Had an issue with my car today, engine light came on and was running rough. I have an OBD2 Bluetooth scanner and app on my phone, it diagnosed a misfire on cylinder 2. Rang Auto Masters Northbridge as they where the closest, spoke with Nathan luckily they had an opening. Nathan advised it might not be just the spark plugs so I was prepared for the worst, after the tech diagnosed the the issue it was only an issue with the spark plugs. They ordered them in and replaced them within a few hours. Can't recommend this team highly enough, finding an honest and trustworthy mechanic is a wonderful thing. Called prior to ask if someone could take a quick look at my engine (had some smoke from the hood) and made it there just half an hour before they close. Both Mark and Greg assisted me with great energy and smiles throughout - and I'm really thankful for all the tips and knowledge shared with me. They were very thorough with the checks and my car was all good after. Had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place!!

Really friendly, helpful and honest team. Very experienced and seem to know a lot about European cars too (handy for VW owners). Fantastic service, even went out of their way to help me carry battery home. My friends have had really good experiences here too, so yes, highly recommend. :)

Have had my timing belt replaced, services and brake lights fixed. They got my car in same day for the replacement of the brake light globes, which was much appreciated. They are very friendly, honest and good prices. Thanks guys.

These guys are legends. They found a very specific problem i had with my car with no drama, and charged me a very reasonable price to sort it out, as well as running me through some other less urgent matters that they said do not need addressing immediately. They gave me a 100% solid quote before doing the work so there was no suprises. Great work.

Brought my 2011 ford territory to these guys to fix an intermittent clunking noise from the left rear. Although still unresolved (even by previous mechanics) I can't fault the service. Even though it's a franchise, which I would usually avoid, these guys fit me in at late notice, were very communicative about what else needed fixing and were accommodating to my preferences. Ended up changing the differential oil and transmission fluid alongside a regular service and I have noticed an improvement in the gearbox and drive feeling since. $675 and came with some auto masters discounts for other retailers and a comprehensive report unlike many other mechanics I've been to.

If you were to choose an auto masters, I'd highly recommend these guys. If only you guys existed in Victoria I would probably use you back there!

Stellar service. The mechanic that worked on the vehicle and the gentleman running the place were very thorough and really went the extra mile to resolve some niggling issues for me. On top of all this they turned the car around in 24 hours which was a huge help to me. Couldn't recommend more, will definitely be returning for future services and recommending to all my friends and family. Thanks again!

Highly recommend these guys. Had my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee (turbo diesel) serviced here a few months ago for the first time. Outstanding service, good price, car is running like a charm, and washed and vacuumed. Will be coming back again.

I had a huge engine blowout 1hr south of town. Auto Masters told me I could tow directly to the shop (saving money on a second tow) and that they could possibly get to it next Monday. They took a look on Saturday and sourced the parts. The car was fixed and I drove it off by the next Friday. The repair was no small job.
