The Lucky Charm

This newsagency is one of my faves. I often buy my gifts there and am a member and get discounts as well as them having store discounts.
They have a lovely range of gifts for everyone.
I buy my incense there as the price is so good.
The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

I frequent the Lucky Charm weekly generally for my lotto which every time I purchase the staff check to make sure all is correct , and with other purchases from cards to gifts they have a great but broad range , I would like to say a huge thanks to all the staff there for there awesome customer service.

I had the worst retail experience I have ever had in this store. I purchased a fountain pen for a Christmas present
It turned out to be scratchy and write poorly
I took it back to show the person in charge mike. Before I could raise my concerns he stated that the pen had been used and therefore could not be refunded
I asked him to look at the pen and try it first . The cartridge had come loose so he blamed that after tightening it the pen still did not write freely
He said that it was the wAy I was writing and that you have to press hard with a fountain pen . He said you could not expect much from a $ 50 dollar pen . He then became aggressive and said I had been in here before complaining about things . I had not . I certainly won’t be entering that store again . I was quite shaken by the rude and aggressive response .
