K & S did a fantastic job of restoring my recently bought house up to a liveable standard. They got into all the corners and gave the oven, stove and rangehood a hell of a clean. Also got them to do another job for a floor clean at my aunties place, my aunty was very satisfied with the quality of work. All at great prices. Highly recommended! Would always hire again!

Paid 600 dollars for an end of lease cleaning for 2 bedroom apartment and shiny cleaners did a terrible job.
Myself and my property manager have tried to phone and email many times, however have received no response.
Horrendous costumer service and cleaning.

Cost me almost $700, there was still dust on the ceiling lights, stair bannister, vents and some webs. I have tried to contact them to complete the work I had paid for with no response. Very disappointed. I will never trust this so called cleaning company again.

Cleaning not completed and they refuse to be contacted

They had been engaged for a vacate clean. We attempted to contact them to re attend to a large amount of items which had not been satisfactory. No reply on phone, text or email and eventually heard back a week later at which point they said they would not go back despite we had been trying to contact them prior with no reponse
