I highly recommend Phenix. The knowledge + service was fantastic! Even though I came in off the street without an appointment and took both ladies by complete surprise, I was still immediately welcomed in & made to feel right at home. Both staff were lovely, helpful without being pushy & really took their time to help me find just the right women's timepiece as a gift for someone special.
And because I was made to feel like nothing I needed was was too hard, I'm now waiting on a quote for a custom piece of jewellery for myself from Phenix.
From now on, I look forward to buying any jewellery & gifts I need from only Phenix.
