Ritchies IGA Frankston (Towerhill)

Absolutely awesome that they were open on ANZAC DAY so it was possible to organise and purchase my dinner for tonight. The Supermarket was very busy and still very easy to get around and grab what I needed. Customer service female was extremely helpful as I had forgotten my Richie's bag and noticed that I might require something to help me carry my purchases. The liquor shop was open also and wanting to chill while watching the ANZAC DAY Blockbuster at the MCG on TV, it was very handy that were open today. Ample parking and easy access from all car parking areas.

Wow!!! Could not believe how accessible everything is compared to the old store. Lots more more choices and beautiful layout.
How sad that we are moving to SA soon and won't be able to enjoy the store.
Prices are still too high though.

The old Ritchie's needed an upgrade and they have done a great job of rebuilding the store, the whole shopping strip has been given a spruce up too the,thesupermarket is a lot larger and that means more goodies to look at. The staff look happy and are user-friendly, the deli and fruit and vegetable and meat sections are larger too

The new store is amazing. They have just about everything you could want. So clean, modern and big. I love it. It's a much better car park, too.

I shop here when I need to do a quick run. The new building is much better laid out, and it is very much like the Mt Eliza Ritchie's store. The staff working here are young and very eager to help with directions and will go find someone a manager if you're after a particular product item. The prices are a bit higher than before, but that's life, and the cost of living affecting us all. I really shop here to support the staff. Good work and keep smiling.

Welcome back to the Ritchies upgraded supermarket. It is such an impressive centre. The layout is much more spacious and there is a bespoked feel about the centre. It enhances the choices and look is so more stylish. There are bins for recycling batteries at the entrance and the car park has been set out in a way that it accommodates more vehicles.

Fully refurbished and a great variety of standard to high end produce, great steaks. Always plenty of specials and take 1min to get a Richies card for further benefits
Happy and helpful staff make it a far better expertise than shopping at a woollies or Coles.

How blessed is Frankston Heights/South to now have this purpose built IGA??

Can hardly remember the previous layout now that I have dropped in here while passing through town.

Kudos to the designers and merchandisers.
Heaps of selection and vibe feels much more like an old skool Myer with its fresh food section etc.

Staff were high vibe and helpful too- no huge push for self serve which is a huge bonus for the local community in terms of employment.

Keep up the great work people!

Since the refurbishment in 2023 this is the best supermarket in all of Frankston. Great options for people with dietary restrictions (eg allergies, vegan) that you won't find in other supermarkets

Local convenience does not get any better than this!! This has long been needed in the Towerhill precinct.
Fresh produce is always the best quality in the area without the Tully Store prices.
Variety is second to none....I use to have to shop at several locations (sometimes in inner city areas where I work) to source my favourite groceries, but now I find all my loved brands and more under one roof.
Never too busy... daily shopping has never been easier or better.

Love the new store. You are spoilt for choice with all the lovely foods for sale. There are so many delicious ready made foods that a quick stop after work will have you sorted.
