Medical Centre Frankston

I usually visit this clinic and always find it very professional .. today’s visit though, is a day I’ll never forget.
I took myself to the clinic with the most excruciating pain in my neck hoping to get an appointment.
I was in tears with the pain and the receptionist (I think the gorgeous ladies’ name was Barbara, I hope I have that right), went above and beyond her duties to help me. She has a lovely caring manner, took me to a quiet area as she could see I was quite distressed offered me some water and if I needed anything. She & Dr Porter managed to fit me in straight away, for which I am extremely thankful. Dr Porter was very thorough.
I am very grateful to them both for being so attentive, caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I have been attending this medical centre all of my life, and have seen many changes over the years, some good, some not so good!! Doctors and nurses have generally been very good and knowledgeable. I have at times, both in the past, and more recently found a couple of the reception staff to be rude and unhelpful, both on the phone and in person. At times, I have rung up with quite urgent and serious medical issues, only to be told that no doctor is available to see me. I addressed my concerns and issues in a letter to the practice manager a few years ago, but received no acknowledgement or reply whatsoever.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my doctor, Ellen Sadauskas, who is very understanding, friendly and thorough.

Thank you for seeing me today. Although I have moved from Frankston, I still consider this to be my local G.P Medical Centre. I have attended the practice for over 40 years, originally my mum brought me. At a time When we called the clinics The Beach Street Medical Centre.

Dr. Ling He is a kind and dedicated medical personnel. She treat patients with care and respect. I am perticularly impressed with her medical knowledge when she treat my husband‘s complicated medical problems and her responsible working attitude to make follow up phonecalls to check progress. I am also very happy with reception staff. They never run out patient，their voice always kind and warm.

Well I’ve been going to this clinic for at least 25 years. My last doctor who I had for at least 25 years was diagnosed with MM about 2 months after my son was in 2017. Lost my doctor but thankfully not my son. I now have a Dr Sumanta that has shown me nothing but care. And, since I have lost a lung over this time it’s good to know he has my Back.

My doctor may run late some times but l think the world of her
It’s so unusual now a days to get some one that cares and follows through so thoroughly on her patients 🙏🏽

I had a phone consultation today which is so convenient. My Doctor is always kind, caring and thorough. My prescriptions came through to my phone, also very convenient. My Doctor concurred and stated it’s better than having to drive then sit in the waiting room for half an hour. Not having to deal with any of that does wonders to alleviate my anxiety disorder. Always a good experience at this clinic. :)

Dr Ellen is the best. Wonderful balance of care and pragmatism. And the bonus is she is mostly on time!!

Dr Ling is amazingly caring and compassionate .. I have found other doctors at Medical Centre (if Dr Ling on leave) to also be incredibly caring people ... so pleased to be linked as a client at this practice .. 10/10 :)

Arranged for a phone consultation to renew a couple of scripts. Murray Porter rand ahead of time which was good.Arranged for scripts to be emailed to pharmacy, was pleasant as always.

Always satisfied with the doctors service here. Friendly and approachable with any questions you have.

As per usual Dr Ellen was fantastic & very caring - all problems addressed as well as things being put in place for a followed up visit

Deb at the front desk was very kind and endearing to make me feel comfortable when entering the clinic and professional to understand why I was visiting, and who I was booked in to see. Dr Samanta was efficient, professional and genuinely cared about my well-being and the outcome. I couldn’t ask for better care knowing my health is in the best hands.

Have been going to this medicinal clinic for about a year and a half and everyone is always welcoming. Dr Sumanta is lovely and I appreciate his calm, thoughtful, yet no nonsense approach to my family's health needs. Our experience of taking our little kids for their vaccinations was also really positive (as good as it could have been really). The nurses were kind and gentle. Would highly recommend.
